    Freetrapper is a perfume that declares few notes but handles them flawlessly. The notes are very prominent throughout the fragrance’s life, resulting in an accentuated bergamot within a cologne archetype, mixed with a pleasant, non-aggressive aquatic vibe over a perfectly constructed, masculine woody base. It’s evocative for me, transporting me to a lush forest in autumn. It reminds me of Lumberjack Cologne by Strangers Parfumerie and uses citrus like Riviera Drive, but I think its woody character makes it distinctively pleasant and personality-driven, leaning towards that ‘alpha’ vibe. More masculine and suitable for any weather or situation, it may not be the most original, but it certainly offers another quality equation in the men’s cologne space. Rating: 7.5/10
