  To start, this was a blind buy directly from Mendittorosa (and watch out, the service was top-notch, thanks a million). The packaging and bottle are, without a doubt, the most beautiful ones I own and fit perfectly with their message of connection to nature. The fragrance opens bright and citrusy, without hiding the other notes. In the dry down, the smoke dominates, with the other notes sitting a bit further back. After that initial phase, it stays fairly linear until the end. On my dry skin, it lasted about 12 hours with moderate projection. On my nose, it smells green, perhaps with a dark touch from the black amber, and smoky. It’s an absolute delicacy and has already joined my favorites. I’m enjoying it to the fullest. 10/10.

  Thanks to Huéleme Mucho for encouraging me to try it; I finally got a 5ml decant. It was impossible to find at a good price. It has great longevity (7-8+ hours), excellent projection, and to sum it up: I WANT IT! It’s better than expected and very original. No nonsense or exhausting oud hype. After so many niche disappointments (with the exception of Interlude), I finally got it right. The bottle is pricey at around €200, but given the concentration and 100ml size, it’s worth it, unlike almost all niche houses that charge a fortune for tiny volumes (30ml, 50ml for €300) for perfumes that last only 5 hours. Conclusion: I found my signature scent. Buying it in 2021! Best regards, hope you’re all doing great, and may next year be less of a mess than this 2020 coming to a close.

  A smoky, incense-heavy, and woody scent that creates a very masculine, elegant, and characterful fragrance. Highly recommended.
