The illusion of the moment. Like many, my favorite is the traditional Kenzo Flower. Driven by that love, I tried this and fell head over heels; I was so excited I bought it shortly after. Horrible disappointment: just like when you idealize a teenage boy and find out he’s nothing like the beautiful person you imagined. The scent wasn’t even a shadow of the first time; it was harsh, like Pond’s cream with something richly bitter. Nothing pretty. Pros: moderate sillage and good longevity, but I wish the smell was as beautiful and striking as the bottle.

I received it as a gift. I think it’s better than its predecessor, though I wouldn’t have bought it myself. I use it on those rare occasions when I don’t feel like wearing anything from my collection, which might speak well of it 🙂 I wouldn’t use it for anything important… more for going unnoticed or just to say I’m not perfume-less haha… Rhubarb?… It’s so watery it worries me. What stands out is the Lily of the Valley, the Peony, and a synthetic musk. Then comes the Mandarin. That’s it. It’s urban, doesn’t disturb anyone. Great for daily wear.

I was disappointed by its lightness and extremely limited longevity; in that aspect, it doesn’t feel like a Kenzo! The house is known for excellent fragrances and impeccable quality. The scent is delicious: a delicacy of tea, a floral and fruity touch that gives it a youthful atmosphere. It’s versatile but very light with limited sillage. Suitable for warm climates and any age… just need to apply it several times a day.

I imagined it would have a similar longevity to Flower and ¡oooh surprise!, nothing like it; it’s very weak 🙁

I love it! I like it much more than the classic Flower, and it lasts quite a long time on my skin.
