Far from being cloying as the website suggests, it dries down to a soapy scent. For me, the magic lies in the opening, with a beautiful iris-violet interplay. Unfortunately, it lasts only about 30 minutes on my skin. That said, the dominant note is violet leaf rather than iris (it should be called ‘Florentine Violet’), and it’s solid for warm climates. Definitely unisex. A positive is that you can tell the ingredients are high quality, regardless of the price tag. I recommend testing before buying. 7/10.

A fantastic creation by Cavallier, unisex with great longevity and moderate projection. It conveys cleanliness and refinement, offering a soapy vibe similar to Prada but of much higher quality, where violet takes the lead while being perfectly harmonized with iris. I got it at an incredible price (one-third of the usual), making it a great buy. Even at full price, it’s a solid choice compared to other niche fragrances. It works for all seasons, though there are better options in winter… I see it as versatile, but personally, I wear it for semi-formal occasions and up. Best for those over 30.
