  In the first minute, it turns sweet and smells rich like grape, reminiscent of Givenchy’s Secret Elixir; but then it changes too much, becoming boozy and very heavy for my taste, like an 80s perfume. I don’t know… I’ll give it a second chance when I see it again because I was in a rush that day, maybe I didn’t appreciate it well…

  Florence by Roberto Cavalli! It smells like a party to me! I loved it. It’s a unique and bold perfume. Although it’s described as a floral chypre, it has a more floral oriental vibe. The citrus opening with mandarin and black currants gives it a cheerful character, while the floral tones soften the composition. A few minutes in, you get a fresh, radiant blend of neroli blossom, grapefruit petals, and an exotic touch of hibiscus seed. The dry down features patchouli, musk, and amber, adding deep accords; at some stages, it smells like oud with a slight tobacco halo. It’s fresh, feminine, and delicious for spring and summer, day or night. On my skin, it lasts about 8 hours with good sillage. Launched in 2017, the talented nose behind it is Marie Salamagne. The bottle recalls vintage apothecary jars—thick glass with purple and clear geometric patterns—very beautiful. It’s staying in my collection!

  The grape note is very prominent; it’s exquisite and lasts between 5 and 6 hours.

  I absolutely loved this fragrance! It has a super powerful opening that lasts about half an hour, then settles into a beautiful skin scent. On my skin, it lasts 3 to 4 hours, but I’d buy it a thousand times again because the aroma is delicious. Plus, it’s affordable, so I don’t mind reapplying when needed. And let’s talk about the packaging: the little bottle is gorgeous and perfect for decorating my vanity ♥️
