This new flanker of Eternity is a clear and obvious approach to Davidoff’s aquatics. At first, with the alcohol, it smells like Cool Water, but as it evolves, notes of Champion and Champion Energy appear. In the final phase, only the characteristic CK scent remains. If you’re a brand lover or collector, buy it. If you’re looking for an innovative aquatic that doesn’t resemble Cool Water… look elsewhere, this isn’t for you.
My brother has the shower gel and I love its scent; it’s addictive. I tried this fragrance and liked it too. Yes, I admit it offers nothing innovative or original; maybe I’m easy to please or need more refined perfumes, or sometimes I’m too generous. But I enjoy Eternity Aqua. It smells clean thanks to the harmonious blend of citrus, lavender, pepper, and even the cucumber note (not declared in Cool Water, but I suspect it exists), which positively contributes to that fresh and tidy Calvin Klein aura. I think it’s overly demonized as an aquatic clone of Davidoff, meant for beginners or those who smell like detergents. But if the goal is to smell good, many in this family deliver. I wouldn’t mind welcoming it to my collection. It’s very pleasant, and for me, that’s enough. Scent: 8/10, Longevity: 7/10, Projection: 8/10, Price: 8/10.
“Eternity Aqua” is a pleasant aquatic scent with a youthful vibe. I don’t like men who smell like ‘excessive cleanliness,’ and this smells clean, fresh, and unobtrusive. It’s soft, and you can detect the lotus, Sichuan pepper, and sandalwood. Highly recommended for days when you want to free your nose from heavy fragrances, perfect for hot seasons. It has that urban charm of CK and doesn’t smell like floor cleaner. Medium longevity, soft trail.
At first, the notes of cucumber with a touch of musk, sandalwood, citrus, greens, and a hint of plum with Sichuan pepper jump out. It’s aquatic but not fresh; in fact, it gives a warm sensation from start to finish, similar to Polo Blue, to the point of seeming like its clone. Although the description doesn’t say so, I’d classify it as an aromatic fougère or aromatic woody. It has moderate trail for four hours, then clings to the skin for three more. Despite being aquatic, I recommend it for cold or intermediate seasons, not summer, and for those over 25, as it conveys maturity and a certain elegant touch.
I loved it!
I live in a very hot area and find it a bit heavy during the day, though after six hours it becomes sweeter. At night, however, it shines: it’s fresh, ideal for spring and summer.
The longevity is incredible. It’s true that the opening is similar to Polo Blue, but only the opening.
At first, it smells like Polo Blue, then like Massimo Dutti. It’s a hybrid of the two.
The opening smells very similar to Polo Blue, probably due to the cucumber and citrus notes. It gives an aquatic feel at first; I’m not sure if the lotus flower influences it, but I remember it’s in other aquatic fragrances. After three hours, I sensed a slight spicy note, soft cedar, and what I think is a bit of plum, but it remains aquatic. After eight hours, it smells musky with some sandalwood. The dry down is a soft woody finish. It lasted about 10 hours with 1.5ml, starting moderate and ending skin-scented. I classify it as woody-aquatic. If you like fresh scents like Polo Blue with cucumber, this is a great option for summer mornings.
Indeed, the opening vibrates very similarly to Polo Blue, probably due to the cucumber and citrus notes. It gives an aquatic impression; I don’t know if the lotus flower influences it, but I recall its inclusion in other aquatics. After three hours, I sensed a slight spicy note, soft cedar, and I think a bit of plum. It still maintains that aquatic impression. After eight hours, it feels musky with some sandalwood. The dry-down is soft woody. Its longevity on me, using the entire 1.5 ml sample, was about 10 hours, starting moderate and ending skin-close. I’d dare to classify it as an aquatic woody. If you like fresh styles like Polo Blue with highlighted cucumber, this could be a good option for summer mornings.
I have the Eternity Aqua for Men; it smells aquatic. It’s for summer or daytime because it feels refreshing. It has a soft, aquatic, tender tone with a hint of sweetness. In my opinion, it’s for personal use and summer; it’s not the most impressive if you’re trying to make a strong impression on someone.
Very fresh, ideal for summer mornings and afternoons, and you can tell. Very pleasant.
It was a gift from my mom that I treasured so much. She gave me the 200ml bottle and I loved it. I wore it in the summer and at the beach; the projection was amazing and the longevity excellent. That fresh, aquatic, clean scent got me so many compliments. I’ll definitely buy it again, mainly because it was a gift from my mom.
I didn’t know this one, bought it blindly, and I have no regrets. Great quality, I’ll definitely use it daily in the summer. It’s a classic, I recommend it.
I love it. Fresh and citrusy, perfect for everyday use. Economical, it reminds me of the opening of Polo Blue, then Light Blue by D&G, with a touch of Acqua di Gio. Ideal for summer when it’s 95 degrees out.
It’s a Polo Blue at one-third the price! ($25 for 100ml). I didn’t expect such high quality from Calvin Klein. I was looking for something to replace my original Polo Blue, which I love but has gotten expensive ($70 for 125ml). This Eternity Aqua is very similar and much more affordable. If you like Polo Blue and don’t own it, grab this and save $45.
Indeed, it’s a Polo Blue at one-third the price! ($25 for 100 ml). Honestly, I didn’t expect such quality from Calvin Klein. I’ve been looking for something to replace Polo Blue for a long time; I like it, but it’s gotten expensive for me now ($70 for 125 ml), so I searched for something very similar, affordable, and high-quality, and found it in Eternity Aqua. If you like Polo Blue and don’t have it, go for this and save yourself $45.
It’s my wife’s second favorite. Very fresh, perfect for everyday and casual wear. Recommended if you’re looking for something light with that sea water vibe.
The scent of this fragrance is 90% identical to Perry Ellis 360, the classic turquoise tube that came out in 1995. Whoever has both, give it a try! This Eternity smells the same but more watery, as its name indicates: WATER. And similar to Polo Blue too. It’s a regular cologne, for daily use in hot climates. Honestly, better buy Nautica Voyage.
My dad gifted it to me. It’s the perfume I have the most affection for and I keep buying it. It’s the second perfume that has given me the most compliments; my girlfriend says her sheets smell like this perfume when I sleep in her bed.
Very rich fragrance in the Polo Blue style, but at a better price. The scent is delicious and, as I said, it’s similar to Polo. Performance is moderate; sillage and longevity are maybe 3 or 4 hours, so you need to reapply, but of course, it costs much less than Polo Blue (and it doesn’t last as long either). I highly recommend it if you don’t have money for Polo Blue.
I bought Eternity Aqua blindly based on reviews saying it resembles Polo Blue, my favorite, and indeed it’s 80-90% similar. From the opening, you notice the great similarity due to that cucumber note, though I’m not sure if it’s imagination, I feel Polo Blue is a bit more ‘serious,’ while this Eternity vibrates more aquatic and youthful, whereas Polo seems more mature to me. I looked for this fragrance for the price; in Mexico, I can get it three times cheaper than Polo, so it’s a great option to alternate with the Ralph Lauren one since sometimes it hurts the wallet to spend $135. On performance, it has to be said: moderate. In enclosed places like the office, it works great, but in open spaces, it fades after the first few hours, though it stays close to the skin all day, becoming a very intimate fragrance. My girlfriend says it smells like soap to her; she asks if I just showered because it smells so clean and she likes it a lot; she also says it lingers on her even though I feel several hours have passed and the strength is gone, leading her to conclude it’s very intimate. Its price-to-quality ratio makes it excellent for summer or hot climates, and if you don’t want to spend much but want to smell clean and earn compliments, don’t think twice and go for it.
Eternity Aqua, what a versatile and easy-to-wear fragrance. If I had to define it in one word, it would be comfort. It’s so pleasant it puts you in a good mood, plus it’s a compliment machine and the price is excessively good. It opens strong and sharp, perhaps with noticeable pepper and lavender at first, but as it dries down, the cucumber and plum scents are spectacular, with citrus, lavender, and pepper toned down. It’s a marvel; the longer you wear it, the more comfortable you feel. It feels aquatic but not marine, like a freshwater Triton perfume (Invictus would be the saltwater one). Super versatile, though not for very formal occasions; it works well for semi-formal. It could be timeless, but its magic is in the heat; with a little of your personal warmth, it’s pure glory. It’s more daytime than nighttime, ideal for the office. If I recommend it blindly, they’ll rarely say it’s bad. Easy to use by age, occasion, and season. Longevity and projection are phenomenal. Definitely a hit for CK.
Good perfume, I got it at a great price and I liked the scent. It’s from the citrus, aquatic, green, and wood line; reminds me of Polo Blue, with a touch of Light Blue too. Projection is good for an hour, then the sillage drops and it stays on the skin for five hours in my case. Very summery and cool. Good blind buy for me.
Fresh for daily use; the opening is a bit strong but settles on the skin leaving that fresh sensation. Over time, you notice a slight woody touch, but it’s minimal; the aquatic spicy vibe prevails. Very much in the style of Nautica Voyage. Did I get compliments? Of course, you’ll get them. It was a blind buy; I got the 200ml for $40 and it was worth it.
Very rich. Citrus and fresh fragrance, the cucumber really stands out. Lasts 4 to 5 hours with moderate sillage. It’s generic, yes, but it smells good. In the end, isn’t that what you’re looking for?
Citrus opening with lemon and orange, followed by very light cucumber and lavender. The patchouli is barely noticeable. It smells clean and everyday, in a word, like soap. It’s not novel or impactful, but it’s pleasant, very blue and aquatic in its own way. Lasts 5 or 6 hours for my liking and personal enjoyment. Moderate sillage, maybe it lasts longer on clothes. If you like it, I suggest the 200ml version. First bottle of Calvin; as it matures and oxygenates, we’ll see how it evolves.
What a find, I didn’t expect this. It’s the perfume closest to smelling like ‘nothing at all’—sounds contradictory, but it’s exactly that, and very pleasant. It makes sense: if you wear something dense like oud or vanilla, you fill up the room and make it feel ‘dirty’; by lowering the intensity, even the lightest scents start to smell like something. This is the only one that doesn’t do that: it’s so transparent, fresh, and luminous that it smells like the air in another room, not a perfume. It’s bottled ambient scent, like a chlorine-free, well-ventilated pool. Calling it Flanker Aqua was a hit; it smells like water itself. I don’t know about longevity since I just tested it, but I’m buying it for this summer; I’ve been looking for something like this for a while. Incredible, I was surprised, and I recommend it blindly, even as a gift.
Rich, super original, smells fresh. It was a recommendation and a surprise; I’d repeat it a thousand times, a real gem 💎.
Fantastic considering its price. No issues reaching 4 hours with good projection (not enough to flood the room), but it leaves a trail that everyone notices at about 3 meters (I know because people have told me without knowing what I was wearing). I’ve used it in cold and extreme heat, and it’s one of the few that works well in both, although its perfect stage is definitely in the heat. After 4 hours, the projection drops by half, yet people still notice it. By 6 hours, it leaves a personal trail only you can perceive. It surpasses many EDTs. I like that my shirts still smell like the perfume after washing (subtly), even though I didn’t apply it directly to the clothes.
Super fresh, ideal for summer or hot climates. More than 4 hours on skin, smelling strong and rich.
I’m 21 and it’s quite good. I live in a very hot area and I recommend it; it’s one of my best for daily use (I have the 200ml). It performs very well, with very fresh notes, lasting 5-6 hours on skin feeling strong. A perfume for everyday or for the pool.
Eternity Aqua For Men: A clean, fresh, neat, and perfect fragrance for casual daily wear. It’s an all-rounder, a workhorse for making a good impression without needing your best fragrances on ordinary days. It’s a close cousin to Polo Blue, Cool Water, Nautica Voyage, and other summer blues. It stands out because it doesn’t hurt to reapply to maintain it, and it carries a bit of Polo Blue, which is a plus since it doesn’t cost as much. Ideal for school, the gym, the pool, the beach, the office, or anywhere you want to project cleanliness and good vibes. It’s one of my top 5 fresh aquatic scents—clean, affordable, versatile, and pleasant for the heat. Girls often think it’s Polo Blue EDT and get it wrong, but they do remember it. A clear example of good things at a good price; CK gets it right from time to time. Scent: 9.0, Projection: Average 2 hours, Longevity: 6 hours. Recommended.
Eternity Aqua For Men is clean, fresh, and orderly, perfect for informal everyday use. It’s an all-rounder, a workhorse for making a good impression without using your best fragrances on ordinary days. It’s a cousin to Polo Blue, Cool Water, Nautica Voyage, and other summer blues. The more Eternity Aqua you use, the better it shows, as it doesn’t hurt to reapply to maintain the scent and carries a bit of Polo Blue, which is a plus: it’s affordable and ideal for school, the gym, the pool, or the beach, as well as the office. It projects a clean image and good vibes. It’s one of my top 5 fresh, clean, affordable, and versatile aquatics for hot days. Girls might mistake it for Polo Blue EDT, but they’re wrong; they diverge in the dry-down, and each takes its own path of freshness and casual comfort. There are good things at a good price; CK hits the mark from time to time. Scent: 9.0, Projection: Regular 2 hours, Longevity: 6 Hours. Recommended.
It was a blind buy; I used the classic Eternity and decided to try the Aquatic version. It has nothing to do with the original scent—it’s very different, but very good. It’s an uncommon smell, clean at first; you notice the cucumber initially, then it dries down to become spicy. I love it; the only downside is the longevity, about 4 hours.
Neither here nor there; it ran out quickly. Smells clean but without any surprises; I wouldn’t buy it again.
I picked this up a year ago on Amazon for 1,100 pesos and I’m just now finishing it. It smells aquatic, green, and woody, with a heavy emphasis on green notes; I mostly detect cucumber and plum. It’s super fresh and great for the price, lasting about 6 hours, though my trail fades in under an hour at arm’s length. It’s decent, but among affordable fresh scents, I’d recommend Nautica Voyage more—it tastes better and projects further for less. Edit: I smelled it again and now I absolutely love it. It smells more expensive than it is, doesn’t ask for anything from Polo Blue EDT, costs less, and evolves unlike Voyage. 100% recommended.
Fresh and summery, nothing groundbreaking. I bought it looking for a Polo Blue EDT-inspired alternative, but be careful—they have nothing in common.
Well, what else do you want? There are thousands of fragrances out there; just look at the price and quality. I got this to complete my Eternity collection (Aqua, Air, Flame) because I absolutely love them. They have their own signature, even if they sometimes remind you of others, but don’t overlook them: they’re unique scents you won’t find anywhere else. They’re affordable and totally worth it, ranging from 500 to 690 MXN pesos, and I’ve repurchased each one more than twice. If you want to smell different from the masses who just follow trends, this is the place.
