A classic! Eau du Coq is old-school, fresh, refined, and elegant, like Eau Sauvage but without the fruity notes, and here the queen is Guerlain. The opening is fresh with bright, well-dosed citrus; the bergamot gives it that typical refinement. Lavender and neroli add the floral touch; the dry-down is light, gentle, and balanced, with noticeable oakmoss. It’s that classic scent from back when I was young, suitable for everyone and brings back memories of sunny days. It’s a pleasure to wear even though it doesn’t last long. Great blend! Rating: 9.
