  • Wow, this is overwhelming, just like the perfume by Jesús del Pozo In Black. It smells like pure liquor. I don’t mind liquor in Bulgari’s line, but here it’s like a drunkenness. The same goes for In Black. I’m sorry, but I just don’t like this perfume.

  • It’s the only one I bought after smelling a sample in a magazine and I loved it immediately. To my nose, it’s pure cherry, tonka bean, and soft vanilla, more woody than sweet, with a fresh and subtle jasmine. The opening is sweet, but after forty minutes the intensity drops and a feminine sandalwood and amber appear with a touch of violet. On my skin, it smells like chocolate cake with cream and cherries, very gourmand and sensual. It’s elegant, uncommon, feminine, and flirty; it always gets good compliments, especially from men.

This is the only perfume I decided to buy after smelling a sample in a magazine; I loved it instantly and I love having it in my collection. I don’t notice any liquor scent, nor anything overwhelming. To my nose, it’s pure cherry, tonka bean, soft vanilla (more woody than sweet), with a fresh and subtle jasmine. The opening is sweet, but after forty minutes that sweetness fades and the dry down reveals a feminine sandalwood and amber, with a hint of violet. The combination with my skin is very pleasant, sometimes ‘chocolatey,’ like a chocolate cake with cream and cherries… very delicious and gourmand, also very sensual. It’s an elegant, uncommon (at least in my circle), feminine, coquettish, and distinguished scent that has served me well in any situation. It grabs attention quickly and leaves a good impression. I’ve always received good compliments, especially from men… the closer to the skin, the better 😉

At first, I thought it was chocolate-filled with cherries, and while it has that feeling, it doesn’t smell artificial or childish when worn. It has a hint of liquor that adds freshness; in the end, the vanilla and amber stand out more. It’s a delight, totally recommended. I used it a lot in winter and I think it can be worn in summer at the office because it’s soft but projects. It lasts about 6 hours.

At first, I thought of cherry-stuffed chocolate, but once I wore it, it didn’t smell artificial or childish; it has a hint of liquor that gives it freshness, though vanilla and amber dominate in the dry down. It’s a delight, totally recommended for winter, but also for summer in the office because it’s soft and projects well. Lasts about six hours.

I received it as a gift. I liked it, but I never would have bought it myself; for me, it was too sweet and heavy, even making me feel older or too elegant. At that time, I was going to very informal places, so I think it didn’t fit.

  • The perfume is gorgeous, seductive, and woody. For me, it’s a bit too strong for daytime wear, but at night it’s incredible: it gives a sense of sensuality and class. I feel sexy wearing it. It’s a super elegant and refined aroma, and when you wear it, you don’t go unnoticed. I recommend it for evening.

  • The scent is top-notch, especially in winter. It reminds me of a Black Forest cake (chocolate, cherries, and wine). It’s sweet but not overpowering. Of course, Cartier has other treasures that make me happier.

It’s my most recent acquisition; I applied it without many expectations and was very surprised. Longevity: 8 hours projecting well, and I could still smell it effortlessly at 15 hours… Wow. Tonka dominates, something chocolatey and wine-like with cherry, amber, and a citrus touch that adds freshness. I find it a bit powdery, but very rich. Totally sweet and sensual, perfect for winter, day and night.

I love it. It’s a powerhouse perfume with lots of liquor and plenty of cherry; I feel it’s very special.

I love it. It’s an amazing perfume, so much liquor and cherry. I feel it’s incredibly special!

  • It’s delicious. I love it for going out; the projection is great, and it smells like sweet cherries with liquor.

  • Cartier is my favorite brand. Délices is a gem: a splendid, discreet, and very boozy cherry. It’s super light and sensual for fruit lovers; it reminds me of In Black by Jean Patou, but here the fruity note is cleaner and not overdosed like in the other. I think it’s ideal for people up to 35, although in the end the scent depends more on personality than age, though I don’t see an 80-year-old grandma wearing Délices. The bottle is beautiful.

  • Cartier is my favorite fragrance brand. Délices de Cartier is a gem from the house—a splendid, discreet, and very boozy cherry scent. It’s a super light and sensual fragrance for fruit lovers. It reminds me of In Black by JP, but I prefer Délices; In Black feels overdosed with the fruit note turning dark, whereas here it seems cleaner. I think it’s suitable for people up to 35, though I believe the scent suits personality more than age, but I still can’t picture an 80-year-old grandma wearing Délices. The bottle is beautiful.

  • My sister gifted it to my mom, and it smells exquisite. The opening of tart cherry (thanks to the bergamot) stands out, followed by a lovely jasmine. One curious day, I applied it and smelled like oregano all day, even though I don’t even look like it 🙁

Just to clarify, this is a 2006 Cartier fragrance, so I was expecting a vintage touch and I wasn’t wrong. The star is an almond liqueur cherry with spicy notes of pepper and bergamot. It’s a brash, almost macerated, mature cherry with real character. I barely notice the floral notes, maybe just a hint in the dry down with the sandalwood. I don’t interpret it as a modern gourmand, but rather a classic, vintage sweetness. I’ve read others detect oregano, and I get that the spicy blend could take that direction depending on body chemistry. In terms of trail and longevity, for an Eau de Toilette, it performs like a full perfume. I’d advise testing it first; it can be overwhelming. It’s not my DNA—I find it too intense and full of character, better suited for vintage lovers and folks over forty. I don’t recommend buying blind. Compared to Fendi’s L’Aqua Rossa, the similarities are the cherries, but this one is more versatile and discreet, more appropriate for everyone. The difference is the absence of spices, making it more elegant to me. More info on my Instagram and TikTok @OlerPoesia. Cheers! ❤️

This perfume is in danger of extinction, and finding it today isn’t easy unless you dig deep. It’s a delight, but a delicacy worthy of luxury restaurants. The scent is super powerful, elegant, luxurious, and delicious. It smells of pure cherries 🍒, tonka bean, pink pepper, vanilla, and amber. Incredible potency and excellent longevity. Cartier says it’s meant to shine and bewitch. Every time I wear it, I feel special. I was lucky to snag this bottle.

I don’t sense anything vintage. The cherry opening is very fleeting on my skin and was the only thing I liked because it didn’t seem artificial, something where most cherry perfumes fail for me. In the dry down, I only notice a chocolatey scent that I don’t like; it makes it common and reminded me of Lolitaland, which I can’t stand. It’s strange that chocolate isn’t listed here. For me, it’s gourmand, just another one. Pass.

  • Spiced, ambered, and talc-scented with a hint of vanilla. It was an absolute gem in the 2000s; I always got compliments. I kept it with care when I found out it was being discontinued… until today. I wore it on a special trip and finally finished it off. Now I perceive it with a vintage vibe. Hoarding things that no longer serve you stagnates your energy (Feng Shui). Important to enjoy and make room for the new♥️
