It’s just like its Seychelles sibling: smells different in the bottle than on the skin. At first, straight from the bottle, it’s sweet with notes of blackcurrant and sage, but when applied, it smells a bit like makeup; it doesn’t bother me, but I’m not crazy about it. After about 3 or 4 hours, that cosmetic scent fades and the initial sweetness returns, which is what I prefer. On me, it lasted around 8 hours with a low sillage, probably because it’s an aftershave version. I recommend it for people over 20, for daytime wear, and in any weather.
