After a long time, I finally bought this beautiful perfume. I had a bunch of samples and fell in love with it through them. It’s very delicate, ideal for spring. It has nothing to do with Daisy or Sunshine; it’s something different. This one is sweeter and more versatile than the other two. On my skin, it has moderate longevity and a trail of just over three hours. It has daisies, but I don’t really smell them; I don’t know the top note, but there’s a point after the opening that reminds me of something milky, like the first Cacharel Yes I am lipstick, but softer and less sweet. Lately, I’ve been loving this type of fragrance—not too heavy or super light. Daisy Love stands out. I’m thrilled I bought it; it’s not seen as much in perfumeries anymore, I think we won’t see it soon. It was hard to find in big stores. With 100 ml, I have plenty, but I don’t think I’ll repurchase. I don’t consider it a classic or unbeatable, but rather something to own once and keep the beautiful bottle as a souvenir. Worth trying. Note: use it in moderation, don’t wear it too often because it can get tiring. I’ll wear it when I’m relaxed and really in the mood, like a treat. It’s a sweet occasional indulgence, something you shouldn’t overdo or end up repulsed by. It’s a treat for yourself, then bye for a while.

Daisy Love only resembles Daisy and all its ‘Love’ ranges. I decided Banderas doesn’t resemble it; I’d say it’s like a distant cousin, tuberose and pretentious, but with less depth. It’s not bad quality, but it has something of Charnell in Daisy Love, like those old perfumes from the 50s and 60s, without synthetics or leathers or old notes. So it can be another one of the many similar scents, but with style and a certain glamour, without pretensions. That makes it special for daily work; it can leave a huge trail when applied, but the longevity isn’t that long (4 to 6 hours, 8 if you have a less alkaline pH). It’s not annoying; even the cats in my house adore it, and that says a lot, considering cats usually flee from perfumes. It’s clean, adorable, caressing, powdery (which is why I like it), chic, and a gem among similar perfumes.

The beauty of simplicity… that’s Daisy Love. I was hugely surprised because it’s not what I imagined and it’s quite different from the classic Daisy. The Arctic blackberries are usually fresh and acidic, somewhat tart-sweet, but here that fruity note comes across quite sugary, without being cloying or invasive. Then, as that sweetness fades, the floral phase emerges, becoming more radiant and luminous; finally, the notes blend over a sensual, creamy musk. I’d call it ‘Daisy in Love,’ ideal for a love-struck daisy in the middle of a meadow. On my skin, it has moderate longevity of about 4 hours, but on clothes or hair it lasts much longer with good sillage. It’s feminine and spirited, shines best in autumn/spring. I love it and I’m happy it’s in my collection.

I bought it blind and it didn’t win me over. It doesn’t smell green or herbal at all, and the aromatic touch is very weak. To me, it’s a sweet and warm perfume, almost cloying, though not heavy. It’s a perfect youthful fruity-floral for mild or cold days, but it makes me feel hot in the summer; the sweetness isn’t overwhelming, but it also doesn’t provide freshness. I don’t really detect the flowers; it smells more like honeysuckle, and the fruity notes feel like glaze rather than natural fruit. It’s easy to wear and ideal for a teenager, but I was misled by reviews claiming freshness and green notes (like in the original or Wild), and I was wrong. I don’t think those definitions are accurate, but it is generally an easy-to-liking cologne.

To be honest: I bought this perfume blind because of the bottle and the floral notes caught my eye. At first, I was confused because the opening seemed strong. Daisy aroma, slight sweetness, and a woody touch, but the scent drops significantly after two hours; you have to get close to smell it if it’s still there, and it’s perceived but very low. When I use it, I bathe in it; I can use it on intensely hot days and it’s certainly comfortable to wear. When I’m at home, I use and reapply it because it’s a delicious scent; I like it more than its So Sweet version. It’s almost finished, and if I were to buy it again, although I would like it to last longer.

It’s the only Daisy I own, it’s sweet, soft, and subtle, an elegant sweetness that I really love. The downside is it lasts very little; after 2 hours, you can barely smell it. A pity, so I won’t restock it; I’ll try Daisy Eau Intense instead. Edit one year later: I enjoy it so much, it’s perfect for a hot summer night, and even though it’s sweet, it’s not cloying. Although it can be bought in drugstores now, there are rumors it’s being discontinued, so I already have my 100ml restock. Correction: although it doesn’t last as long on the skin as I’d like, it adheres great to clothes and gets tons of compliments. It’s a love, I can’t be without it.

  7. florence

Floral, minimalist, and elegant fragrance. The opening is very fruity but not over the top; it reminds me a lot of Fendi Fan at the start—elegant and classy fruitiness. Then it settles into a floral note with a powdery, almost caramelized, very sweet base, so be careful; sweet scents make me dizzy. The longevity is spectacular; it lasted on my clothes until the next day, and on the skin, it melts into an intimate scent only noticeable up close. Without a doubt, one of the longest-lasting in the Daisy line. I wouldn’t pin it to a specific age because it suits a young person just as well as an older woman.

  8. Really delicious, like a little cake; sweet but also very youthful, with a floral touch. Highly recommended, especially for ages 15 to 25 at the most. It’s advice, and I say it without intending to offend, as certain perfumes suit certain ages; for example, I’m a guy and I love it, but it smells like a teenage girl, haha. It’s floral, delicious, sweet, and cakey; I don’t see the freshness, it’s in an intermediate point with good sillage, good fixative, and protection with 3 or 4 sprays. Unlike its sisters, this Daisy is a bit less fresh but not therefore less delicious. It’s like eating a little cake.

I’ve only tried Daisy Love and Daisy Love Eau So Sweet, and I definitely liked the first one more; it was love at first sight. I use it after a shower or on days when I’m in a rush and can’t decide. I already had the 30ml and now I use the 100ml; I like to apply it generously. It’s cheerful and luminous, sweet-fruity with a musk note I love. Its sillage isn’t huge, but the longevity is decent (5-6 hours) and it lasts days on clothes. I douse myself with it. I like to keep it in the back of the closet; even though I don’t have a signature perfume, this could be it or a staple. It’s a love.

My brother gifted it to me for my birthday, and at first, I was shocked because, having smelled the original Daisy, this bears little resemblance to it. It’s extremely sweet, and since I’d been wearing citrus scents in summer, my reaction was a bit of ‘Eh, it’s different!’ I wasn’t smitten at first, but once the weather cooled down and I switched to heavier perfumes, I tried it again and perceived it completely differently. Very pleasant, cozy, and much less sweet than I remembered. I’ve used half the bottle. In my opinion, it’s VERY seasonal; summer is tough for it.

I don’t have the original, but rather a limited edition of ‘Mercadona’ for Mother’s Day. Many people say it resembles this one, and there’s no need to look at the name ‘Daily Love’ to see why. I like it a lot; it’s fruity, sweet, and slightly fresh. It doesn’t last long, but I use it for layering with other perfumes (like Lattafa’s Yara), and since it’s 48ml, it’s great for carrying in your bag and reapplying. Given the comments about its longevity, I wouldn’t buy the original, but the Mercadona version is super good and the format is much more convenient.

It’s a lovely, youthful, and innocent scent. I don’t like having an army of variants for one fragrance; it’s excessive and confusing. It doesn’t smell bad, but in my country it costs around $120, which is a lot; if it were $60, it would be viable for young girls aged 15 to 25, but I wouldn’t invest that much in Daisy Love; there are more interesting options at that price. I don’t know if it was a pH issue, but although it had good sillage for a couple of hours, it was gone by hour 4. Scent 7/10, Sillage 7/10, Longevity 7/10.

The first Marc Jacobs perfume I use. It features the daisy prominently, but the base note, at least on my skin, ends up powdery. It’s a daily and summer perfume. For some reason, it reminds me of Elizabeth Arden’s Sunflower, although they don’t have much in common; this one is sweeter, but not cloying, and without that acidic final note I remember from Sunflower, at least on my skin. A perfume without grand pretensions, but in its simplicity, it achieves a scent that is different from what’s out there lately.

I bought it blind and I loved it. The best decision I’ve made! It’s sweet, floral, and fresh, ideal for summer. You can really smell the honeysuckle with the daisy; it’s delicious. Longevity 4/4, scent 8/10, packaging 10/10. It doesn’t last as long as they say! You have to reapply! The Daisies aren’t very long-lasting, except for the Perfect Intense which lasts 8 hours on me; that’s a beast of a scent! If you like floral aromas with a hint of sweetness, I recommend it. Just test it on your skin first. ☝️😁

  15. It’s sweet but soft, not one of those that gives you a headache (if you’re very sensitive to sweetness, you might find it too much; I have days like that). It’s a feminine scent, but for me, perfumes don’t have a gender, so if you like this type of notes, go for it. It feels tender and cozy, youthful yet versatile; I think it suits any age and any season, day or night. It’s rich, but after a while, the sweetness intensifies more than I can handle, so be careful with that.

Why does it last so short! It frustrates me so much having to reapply it constantly. One of the poorest performances I’ve experienced. In fact, I transferred some ml to a perfume rollerball I carry to work, but no… The perfume is adorable, but it evaporates in less than an hour. I love its bottle like most Marc Jacobs fans, but I definitely wouldn’t buy it again. At least in Argentina, with the dollar through the roof, it’s not worth the investment.

What a beautiful scent. I had no expectations regarding this perfume, but I liked it and for the better. It’s a soft floral smell, a bit fruity, slightly sweet, and minimalist (the opening note is the one that lasts the whole time), and what a surprise how well the scent fixes itself and how long the fragrance lasts given how soft it is; I think it’s due to the musk acting as a fixative. I think it’s going to become one of my daily fragrances.

It’s a dream come true, one of my favorites for hot weather. Some find it super sweet, but to me, it’s pure summer. Smells like sweet raspberries (I assume that’s the camomile, though I’ve never tried it), with the floral touch of the daisy that defines the whole line and a musk that cleans it up. It doesn’t last long on the skin (3-4 hours), but it sticks well to clothes. It’s super feminine, youthful, and a compliment machine.

It radiates energy, good vibes, and youth. Perfect for starting the day on the right foot. It’s a very radiant perfume, I’d even say solar. It’s a sweet scent, very sweet, but not cloying or heavy. Even people who usually dislike sweet aromas end up falling in love with this Daisy Love. It has excellent longevity and average projection. Buy it blind without hesitation if you’re unsure.

  20. Bought it blind… It didn’t win me over or turn me off. It’s floral, but on my skin it feels more fruity. Sweet, with personality, sparkling, lively, and cheerful—that’s how I perceive it. More for spring and summer, though it could work in colder months during the day if you vibe with that energy. For teenage women and young adults. Longevity: 3 hours.

  21. I was surprised because I read it didn’t have good longevity, but it projects for 3 hours and has a trail for another 2. Not bad, considering it’s a delicate fragrance. I smell the floral part like flower nectar, and right after comes the fruity note, but not fresh fruit—more like jam. It’s special because it’s a fruit you don’t find in many perfumes.

Simply delicious! This scent with its few notes is addictive. I think it can be worn year-round, perhaps working better in spring, suitable for both formal and informal use. Sweet and also creamy, as previous reviews say. Ideal for morning events, like a brunch with friends. It’s a friendly scent that doesn’t go unnoticed.

Rich aroma; I was wary of the marguerite note, but it feels great, and the fruit adds a lot of sweetness. It’s a bit overwhelming on hot days, but on cool days it feels lovely. I apply a maximum of 4 sprays because otherwise, it gets too much… It’s very, very sweet, but the musk gives it another dimension.

  24. It doesn’t resemble the Mercadona one people mention elsewhere; they don’t seem to want to imitate each other; they’re quite different. Although the packaging and name made it suspicious. This one is more floral, less cloying, and not as sweet. It’s a pleasant, very spring-like, and easy-to-wear perfume.

What a terrible thing; strange, ugly smell, sweet but in a pestering way. The good thing is I smelled it before buying, thinking it would be something nice like the regular Daisy, Eau So Fresh, or the Lola one, but what a disappointment with this one. I don’t recommend it at all.
