At first, the sage made me throw a tantrum; it’s so prominent it sounds metallic and sharp, mixed with green leaves, coriander, and a hint of geranium. The base is the best part: traditional, ambered, musky with sandalwood. The longevity is good and the trail is strong if you apply a lot. If the sage weren’t so aggressive, I’d have liked it more; I miss Animale’s bolder fragrances from before, like the originals or Temptation. This smells very classic and a bit boring. The good thing is it’s cheap and lasts. It’s for older people who like kitchen herbs. If you hate sage, it’s not for you.
