Reminds me of Aurora from the same house, but less dark. The incense is there, yet so subtle it’s barely noticeable; what really stands out is that ‘creamy wood’ note, a term that sounds new to me. The opening is less vibrant and spicy, resulting in a more unisex and elegant vibe. To me, it smells a bit generic and impersonal, and considering it’s a niche fragrance, the performance isn’t the best.
According to the website, it features raspberry, rose, incense, saffron, cedar, gaia, patchouli, and tonka. It’s sexy, but less sweet than I expected; the roses are dry and high-quality, with a bitter touch from the incense that makes it seductive and luxurious. Lasts 8-10 hours, projects well (people at 1 meter smell something opulent), and it’s for the bold. Priced at 85€, it’s cheaper than another scent from the house I like more. EDIT: Still a 9/10 for the scent, but the projection on me is non-existent; sometimes I can’t even smell it myself. It’s a mysterious masterpiece that fails in the trail, so I’m adjusting the ratings: Scent 9/10, Projection 2/10, Sillage 2/10, Longevity 8/10.
