I spotted it by accident at an outlet next to Girls Green. I didn’t know they had launched it in Argentina until I saw the notes, but for the price, it was worth a try—and what a surprise! It’s exquisite. Why didn’t I know about this sooner? Why does AVON throw away such well-crafted fragrances? This Célèbre isn’t even linear; it has warm, floral, and fresh moments. Why waste masterpieces? The perfume industry should rescue treasures this close to us. It starts warm, then turns floral and fresh, full of energy—not the kind that wakes you up like guaraná, but the kind that makes you want to enjoy what you’re doing. Cyclamen and peony give it its signature, while the rest of the notes sound like an orchestra. The sandalwood is just right so it doesn’t smell like incense. It’s ideal for all day, but since it’s hard to find, I’ll keep it as a treasure. Fun fact: mine came without a sprayer, which indicates it’s from the era when you could choose the packaging.

It’s a wonderful fragrance, a floral blend with a fruity and woody touch. On my skin, it feels a bit powdery and quite floral; I don’t detect the fruity notes. Perfect for fresh days. You can find the 50ml bottles quite cheaply on Notino. If you like floral scents, it’s worth it. It’s a unique, clean, and marvelous scent.
