  • @denork I don’t understand your opinion or you’ve expressed yourself poorly. You say you use the Divain, a clone, and that you wouldn’t buy the original because of that clone’s poor trail. Is that it? It’s like buying Coke at Lidl, not liking it, and then saying the original Coca-Cola is bad because of that. It makes no sense.

  • It’s a very pleasant perfume, I use it for everyday wear. However, the longevity isn’t great; it doesn’t linger on clothes much, and the sillage is low. I’m currently using a Divain version, but obviously, I wouldn’t buy the original given its poor performance.

  • Tiziana Terenzi’s house pays homage to Casanova with a perfume that is almost pure musk. It sounds clean, neat, and simple, yet stylish and present. That freshness pairs well with clothes on quiet days, without trying to overpower, just pleasing in a relaxed setting. Despite the many notes listed, everything revolves around the musk; I don’t detect ambergris or woods, perhaps some subtle floral nuances or a barely perceptible fig touch. The formula is dense, and since it’s an extract, the projection isn’t huge, but it leaves a very pleasant and noticeable trail. It’s unisex, though it doesn’t capture Casanova’s essence as well as Histoires de Parfums’ 1725, with its powdery, vanilla-lavender that fits perfectly. It’s very well made and the musk is executed brilliantly, but the price seems outrageous: 400 euros for something that dries quickly with cheap ingredients. Good perfume, yes, but not at that price. Cheers!
