How would you describe it? It has all the DNA of Calaj with that Miguel Matos touch, which guarantees something challenging yet satisfying. Different from the Delizia line, but it shares that essence. It transports me to an old study from 45 years ago: vintage books, leather armchairs, a wooden desk, a burgundy rug, amber lighting, and chatting with my grandfather holding a half-smoked cigar. Don’t buy it blind, but I absolutely loved it. Not for extreme heat, but otherwise, it’s very versatile. Longevity and projection are amazing, without being as invasive as the Delizia. It generates admiration and curiosity, not just compliments.
How do you even explain this scent? It has all the DNA of Calaj with that Miguel Matos touch, which for me is a guarantee of something challenging yet deeply satisfying. It’s quite different from the famous Dark Delizia or Fruttata by this house, but they share something in their essence. For me, this transports me back to a scene from 45 years ago: sitting in an old study room surrounded by vintage books, leather chairs and black leather sofas, a wooden desk with leather accents, a worn burgundy rug, dim amber light, heavy linen curtains, and chatting with my grandfather while he holds a half-smoked cigar between his fingers. Without a doubt, this is a fragrance I wouldn’t recommend buying blind, but personally, I loved it. I don’t see it as a pick-me-up for extreme heat days, but otherwise, it seems quite versatile. The longevity and projection are fantastic, without being as overwhelming as Dark Delizia or the Gold. It generates more admiration and curiosity than just compliments.

At first step, the herbal and bitter hyssop grabs you. Then, the tobacco and moss give it an earthy, smoky base. A unique blend that screams classic masculinity. For me, it’s an original.
On the first impression, the opening, I notice a savory hyssop scent that captivates with its herbal and slightly bitter aroma. The tobacco and moss base adds a deep, earthy, and smoky depth. It’s a unique combination that evokes timeless masculinity. Unique, in my opinion.
