When I tried this perfume on my skin, I expected something very gourmand. I didn’t dislike it, but it feels like a soapy pistachio; at one point I even thought it could have jasmine or some white floral. It feels like a shampoo that smells like pistachio, super weird.
Honestly, I was surprised that I liked it. It’s not mind-blowing either, I guess I just didn’t have expectations for it. You can feel the creaminess of the coconut, and it lasts well.
For me, this perfume smells like a small freshly baked lemon cake: sweet and very comforting, with a gourmand feel that’s easy to enjoy. As for performance, the opening is quite strong. It makes itself known immediately upon application and leaves a marked sillage; it’s one of those perfumes that people around you can perceive without needing to be very close. However, after about two hours, it starts to lose intensity. It doesn’t change in an unpleasant way or become heavy; it simply becomes softer, so if you want to maintain that initial presence, you’ll probably need a touch-up in the middle of the evening. I see it as a clearly youthful perfume, ideal for daytime wear, although it can also work for an informal outing. It seems versatile for both summer and winter, since its sweetness isn’t overwhelming. It doesn’t convey a serious or elegant image; rather, its personality is tender, sweet, and likable.
I tried it today and was surprised by how much I liked it. I’ll see how it goes another day, and if I like it just as much, it’s going to be my seasonal perfume.
