  • Yes, it’s similar to JPG’s Scandal. It’s a sweet honey with flowers and a citrus opening that dissipates quickly. Personally, I don’t like honey, so it’s not for me (nor is Scandal). It’s totally gourmand, with a sticky feeling between that honey and caramel. In the dry-down you also smell patchouli (even I find it bitter, though that’s a problem only my nose has). On my skin it lasts 6 hours with moderate-low sillage (quite good for being economical). It’s one of the best-sellers from the brand and if you like sweets (and honey), it’s worth trying.

  • If Scandal is a perfume I hate, this one is too. WAY too sweet for my taste. Thank God I sold it and got it off my hands.

  • Manu_speranza

It’s the same as Scandal, that’s to say. I had it, used it, and enjoyed it, but I wouldn’t buy it again. I prefer Lovely Pure by Mac Gregor, a great domestic fragrance that also imitates Scandal.

  • I bought it blind and luckily I really liked it. I bought it in spring and saved it for autumn and winter because it’s super sweet. It smells like honey, sugar, and more caramel. Out of all the perfumes in my collection, it’s by far the one that brought me the most compliments. There wasn’t a single time I wore it that someone didn’t say how delicious it smelled. The longevity is beastly, about 6-8 hours for a domestic fragrance, excellent. Buy it blind if you like sweets, you won’t regret it.

  • It’s similar to Scandal but with a subtle floral touch, without losing the honey and beeswax. It has excellent performance and a gorgeous bottle. Now the Glitters version is out in a transparent bottle to see the glitter left on the skin. If you want something more potent, there’s the Elixir version, which is even more honeyed.

Finally, I have it. I’m in summer in Rosario but I feel like using it anyway. It’s more for winter or evening. It reminded me of CH by Carolina Herrera, not the scent but the feeling: it’s sweet, makes me feel sexy, powerful, and embraces you with its fragrance. I love it.

  • I love the opening; I smell blood orange and peach, but the dry-down bores me with so much honey. I saved it for winter because it’s too cloying. The longevity is very good. Would I buy it again? NO.

  • I used it a lot last winter and got tired of it. It’s too sweet; the white flowers are barely noticeable, it’s all honey and caramel. If you like sweet scents, it’s for you. I tried it again recently and noticed it had gone bitter… it had spoiled. This happened with several Cher fragrances. I recommend buying it by season and in 50ml so it doesn’t spoil, what a pity.

I absolutely love these, I’ve already finished three bottles. Honey and vanilla dominate, with a fresh, clean opening thanks to white flowers and orange that keep it relaxing. It’s a super-sweet fantasy that can be overwhelming if it’s not your style. It’s cloying and intense, with a strong presence and beautiful performance for the price.

  • I didn’t like it at all right after buying it; I felt it was the typical shopping mall perfume smell. I started using it later because my others ran out and I grew to like it; the honey is very noticeable and it’s good for those who love caramelized perfumes. Now I use it almost every day lol

  • I have the Glitter edition; I bought it for that and the reviews, but I only smell honey. It’s not a perfume I’d choose; it’s too sweet, just honeyed, at least on my skin. Someday I’ll have the guts to wear it before it goes bad on the shelf.

  • On my skin, it unfortunately fixes only the honey. A realistic, almost naive honey. I don’t dislike it, but I don’t like smelling just honey. I was lucky enough to buy the bodysplash and body lotion set, and that’s when things changed: I smelled something like Black Opium with just a hint of honey, I loved it! I’ll use the bodysplash version then, which, with the cream, has good staying power.

  • Jaazirainbow

A BEAUTIFUL perfume that makes you want to eat it because of how intense the honey is (unlike Scandal, where it’s more subtle). The dupe is very well done; the only negative is the longevity: on my skin, it barely lasts 2 hours. 😪

  • Natalia98

I have the Glitters edition, I bought it for that and the reviews, but honestly I only smell honey. It’s not a fragrance I’d choose; it’s too sweet, purely honeyed, at least on my skin. Someday I’ll have the courage to use it so it doesn’t go to waste on my shelf.

  • acquarella

I bought it because of the endless positive reviews… I don’t know if I got a faulty bottle or if my nose is failing, but I don’t feel anything they say. Is the smell of turpentine the ‘beeswax’? Definitely not honey. No citrus notes. Maybe turpentine with a 0.01% touch of synthetic peach. I’ll go try it in a store to see if I change my review… for now, I advise you not to make my mistake of buying it blind.

  • To me, it’s excessively cloying. It smells like a kids’ birthday party with candies, cotton candy, and an overloaded cake with dulce de leche and sprinkles. Tremendously sweet. Its success must be that young girls like it; it has designer-level projection and lasts a long time for a low price and is available everywhere. It’s a hit among young people here. Honestly, none of the Cher scents caught my attention; at that price, I prefer an Arabic perfume with more complex notes than just being cloying. If you’re looking for something original and you’re over 27, this isn’t it.

  • Andrea1998q

So far, the most flattering. In Argentina, it’s a bit intense, but it leaves a unique scent. If I describe it in a few words: feminine, sophisticated, and bold. It’s not youthful; I’ve seen it on women over 50, and it looks incredible on them. It suits all ages. The longevity is excellent; I recommend it for winter. It looks good day or night, but not in extreme heat because it’s strong and sweet. It’s a sweet scent worth it; there’s a note that balances the caramel and honey, perhaps citrus or patchouli. One of my favorites 💞

  • On hot days it can be cloying and heavy, making it ideal for fall and winter. It’s the dupe for Scandal: the original projects more strongly, but once they dry down, they are almost identical. It’s sweet, gourmand, and super honeyed. I own all the versions, and this is my favorite from the brand because it smells natural, not synthetic. It lasts about 4-5 hours. Warning: use it quickly or the spray will break and become sticky. It’s super versatile for day and night, though my favorite is the Elixir.

  • FlorFanatica

I bought it a long time ago just because people liked it and said it was similar to Scandal (I don’t know why I didn’t try it) and I had to give it away because it was extremely sweet. The honey felt too much on my skin and I couldn’t tolerate it; it was overwhelming.

  • Very delicious, feminine, and sweet. I repurchased it twice, and I think it’s a great buy without even seeing the bottle.

  • Rich, honey scent, but nothing groundbreaking. It’s a successful perfume that’s quite overused in Argentina; everyone wears it. I’m waiting for the Eighteen Elixir to launch, because that one, I stand up for, it’s excellent. I usually get migraines with very sweet perfumes, but it has such a floral opening that it makes up for it. Super addictive and lasts all day.

  • Valentinesday

I find it very heavy and I don’t like the opening. If it’s rich after a while, but at first it smells very cloying or like orange.

  • delfina1993

I like it because on my skin it ends up soapy. I thought I’d hate it, but I find it very wearable, sweet in an oriental and mature way.

  • Chocolate con licor

What a UGLY thing, worse than Scandal, which I already hated for its strong patchouli and intense honey. This smells super sweet, syrupy, and cloying, quite synthetic; I only notice caramel and honey. The scent is heavy, although the trail and longevity aren’t bad and it’s cheap. It’s not elegant, not youthful, not fresh, not warm. It smells like a 14-year-old covering up armpit odor after gym class. I think it’s very ugly and nonsensical. 2/10, the only good things are the price and longevity.

  • flor.lucia

One of my most-used perfumes, spectacular. I’d dare say everyone likes it (unless you hate sweets). It has a sparkling, honeyed touch, but it’s nowhere near cloying. I’d say it’s fresh; I wear it during the day. Although it’s a chameleon for any season, I enjoy it most in spring and summer. I LOVE it.

  • Blondielicious

Scandal never won me over, but years later I felt the need to try it again. I wasn’t planning to spend much since it’s not one of my favorites, but I wanted that sweet note in my collection. When I tested this version, I liked it quite a bit. It’s identical and delicious. I loved it for everyday wear, though I feel it’s a bit too strong for daytime and feels a bit short for evening. I find it youthful, nothing sophisticated or sensual. I’d give it a 7. It’s tasty, but on me it doesn’t last more than 3 or 4 hours. Maybe I should let it mature.

  • Honey, honey, and more honey. Literally smells like a jar of honey, sweet and potent. At first, I wasn’t convinced because it’s strong, but over time I fell in love with it, especially the dry-down. I get why some people can’t handle it; if you over-spray, it’s unbearable. I love it, but if you’re looking for something subtle, this isn’t it.

  • Ana220895

I don’t like this Scandal imitation. I wouldn’t buy it. It doesn’t generate anything for me; I’m just tired of smelling it; with this version, the Scandal scent became mass-produced with a tacky

  • In my opinion, it’s a pretty, sweet, very honeyed, and floral fragrance. It doesn’t overwhelm or give me headaches like others. It has differences from Scandal: this smells much sweeter and more basic, while the original has different twists. They are both pretty perfumes for lovers of sweet scents. If you like Scandal but not its price, try this. If you like sweet perfumes, I also recommend it. It’s for everyday wear with longevity appropriate to the price. It’s a 7/10.

  • It’s a strident, extroverted, sickly sweet, and ultra-feminine fragrance. Mainly honey with flowers and fruits in the background. I didn’t know it and found it pleasant, but knowing it was ‘burned’ and reading that someone called it a lady’s perfume, now I feel that way. Maybe it’s not the scent (which is gourmand and contemporary), but its suffocating aspect. The performance is incredible, but it could bother people around you. It also has a powdery note that you can feel and could be considered old-fashioned, but in my opinion it’s well-mixed and doesn’t clash with the honey.

  • I’m reviewing again to compare Cher 18 with its dupes (which aren’t on Fragrantica): 🍯 Cher 18 EDP: Pretty, sweet, and honeyed. It resembles JPG’s Scandal but with more flowers and fruits at the start, and it’s less heavy. Ideal for autumn-winter and very versatile. I think it’s the most ‘burned,’ I hear it a lot on the street. 🍯✨ Cher 18 Glitter Edition: Same as the EDP but with glitters; the honey is more noticeable. They are almost identical in scent, but since it’s thicker, it lasts longer. It’s the hardest to find; I only saw it at Parfumerie. 🍮👠 Cher 18 Elixir: It’s Le Parfum, not EDP. Very concentrated, sweet, and caramelized; the flowers go unnoticed. Better not to over-spray so you don’t get sickly sweet. It projects a lot, lasts until the next day, and weeks on clothes. Sweet and elegant, perfect for winter and night. 🍊 Cher 18 Glossy: The most distinct and least original. On my skin, it’s the fruity notes with a vanilla base (my sister smells more vanilla). Ideal for spring or cool days. It doesn’t seem like Scandal, but it does resemble the JPG style. I think it’s a dupe for La Belle, which I also didn’t like. Of all the versions, this was the one I liked the least. 🍹🥂🍊 Cher 18 Spritz: I felt something similar before. At first, it reminds me of the original Cher 18, but later the tangerine takes the spotlight. It smells like tangerine with an effervescent and nocturnal touch. It’s rich but not overwhelming; it reminded me of summer perfumes like Kaiak or IN2U, though maybe it’s more for night. Of all the flankers, this has the least longevity. I don’t know which is my favorite, maybe the Glitter. I hope Cher improves the bottles; the atomizers break quickly.

  • Blondielicious

🌺🍊~ Cher 18 Glossy ~🥥🍬 I bought it blindly because of its tangerine scent (I hate that aroma in life but I love it in perfumery) and its creamy meringue notes, far from the honey of the classic version. Does anyone else feel it smells hyper-similar to Pepe Jeans London for Her (the coral cup)? I do. It’s rich, but I imagined it would be more different from the Classic 18; without being the same, it retains too much of the DNA. I bought it thinking it was a different scent, and it turns out it’s very muddied. I’ll use it anyway because for its price it’s pleasant, even on spring days. I recommend it for a teenage audience.

  • My first national love and the one I’ll always buy again. It’s sweet (a lot), persistent, feminine, and has a great price-to-quality ratio. The Glitter version is the same, but be careful: the glitters clog the atomizer and stop the perfume from coming out; mine evaporated from somewhere. Fan of the 18 and I recommend everyone get one.

  • I like it but it doesn’t fully convince me; it smells like sweet vanilla without originality and it wore me out. It doesn’t last more than four hours; I prefer its body splash version, which is more wearable. They say it smells like cat urine, but I have one and they don’t resemble each other at all, nor are they dupes; my cat’s Elixir lasts longer. If it doesn’t suit your skin, use it only on clothes. I wouldn’t buy it again.

  • denissebellini

Cher 18 is good, it’s floral and fresh, but it’s a fragrance that doesn’t stand out; it’s very overused.

  • I got flooded with compliments about the longevity and the praise it supposedly received, so I bought it blindly. Result: it smells like cheap plastic, reminds me of an Antonio Banderas fragrance but worse, and on my skin it barely lasts two hours. I tried the 18 Glossy too and couldn’t stand it either; they smell like low-quality perfume. @Fer96’s review of this line is the complete one.
