June 27, 2018. Cold autumn day. Just tried it on my skin, applied generously. At first, you can see the resemblance to the classic Amó, but it quickly evolves and takes a different direction. I don’t detect any fruity or aquatic notes. It’s well-woody, with sandalwood standing out from the heart notes. The cinnamon and pink pepper aren’t as intense as in Amó Chamego, but they’re present for about 2 to 3 hours. As it dries down, delicate floral notes emerge, balancing the dryness of the sandalwood/pepper/cinnamon trio. There’s also a touch of the roundness of benzoin. By the three-hour mark, the softer woods and flowers gain intensity. You can smell a very blended, mature rose fused with the sandalwood. It has a slight unisex profile; I can easily imagine a man wearing it perfectly. Natura’s team has shown us that some perfumes in the Amó and Humor lines are suitable for unisex wear. It’s not one of those that screams “ultra-feminine.” It’s very warm and comforting, though not very projecting—it’s more about inviting close, intimate interactions. I’ll buy it when I can. Edit, Feb 2019: After the initial burst of pink pepper, it settles into a sandalwood-based fragrance. It’s a sweet, warm sandalwood that stays close to the skin. It doesn’t last forever, but half its life is right up against the skin. It’s like you forget you’re wearing it, and then a gentle wave hits you, like a soft caress of caramelized sandalwood (without the salty facet). There aren’t many declared notes, yet you can practically distinguish all of them. It’s not flashy; it’s a “home scent,” an intimate and comforting fragrance for working from home or in small, cozy spaces. I can’t imagine a nervous person wearing this. It’s not super special, but nowadays, fragrances like this—so focused on sandalwood, so intimate and seductively simple—are hard to find. I think that’s its distinctive feature. March 23, 2020: I smelled it again today. In these months, I’ve encountered several perfumes with cinnamon (Shiraz, Amó Chamego, Luna Rubí, Essencial Supreme, and even vintage Opium). Although I’m eagerly waiting for the quarantine to end so I can buy a vintage Cinnabar miniature, I firmly believe Natura handles the warm, aromatic, and humid accord of cinnamon very well. Not everyone will like it, but they do a great job. In this Amó Arrepio, cinnamon is one of the main notes, acting as a bridge between the pink pepper in the opening and the sandalwood in the base, while floral accents complement it beautifully.

It smells like spices and honey, a warm and interesting scent. I used up a full sample, but the longevity on my skin is non-existent. I won’t be buying it for that reason.

I got several samples when it was in catalog and I was head over heels for it back then; it seemed like an incredibly relaxing, even sexy fragrance. Now I find it more masculine and spicy, and I absolutely hate it—I’m actually bothered just having it. I’m glad I didn’t buy it.

Smells like baby arruru arima lotion.
I bought this lotion because I fell in love with Amó Xodó years ago and wanted to see how I’d get along with its relatives. At first, I didn’t like it; it seemed too sweet, but as it developed, it won me over and became my favorite Natura lotion, quite sensual. Unfortunately, I lost it and am looking for a bottle, even though I know they’re discontinued. This lotion introduced me to sweet woody scents. I recommend it. It doesn’t resemble Xodó, which was more wood and fresh. Arrepio is one of those scents that makes you press your nose to inhale deeply. I miss this perfume so much.
I had it, very beautiful… sadly, it’s no longer in the catalog. Best regards.
Fresh winter vibe that made me crave trying this top-tier Amó version. It’s like Ekos Ishpink but much creamier, velvety, and milky. You can detect cinnamon, sandalwood, white roses, and a soft vanilla touch. Perfect for feeling cozy and sensual on chilly days. A bit more for personal use due to projection, but the quality-to-price ratio is flawless.
Fresh winter vibe, and I felt like using this exquisite version of Amó. It’s like the freshness of Ekos Ishpink but much creamier, velvety, and milky. You can detect the cinnamon, sandalwood, pink and white flowers, with a light vanilla. Best for feeling cozy and sensual on chilly days. More for personal enjoyment since it doesn’t project much. Excellent quality-price ratio.
Got this as a birthday gift over 5 years ago, and it’s perfect for cold days. In the cold, the sweet caramelized base brings out those flowers wrapped in pink pepper, sandalwood, and cinnamon. It’s intense and projects well, but on dry skin, it becomes super tender.

Amid the sweet caramelized base, you can smell those flowers wrapped in pink pepper, sandalwood, and cinnamon. It seems intense with good projection, though on skin it dries down to be super tender.
