  1. Got a sample as a gift, and watch out: I won’t buy the Essential line blind. While many say it’s for fall or winter, I think it’s perfect for summer nights or crisp spring days due to its intense floral nature. It’s truly elegant. If you like Libre, L’Interdit, Coco Mademoiselle, or Miss Dior, give it a try; it could be a lovely addition to your collection. Edit: I considered buying it and tested the sample again. Curious: the opening drives me crazy… but as it dries down, it smells VERY similar to Givenchy’s Amerige (I have a 1991 inherited bottle, and it’s 75% identical). The jasmine takes total control.

  2. Clásica

On my skin, it’s a unique powdery iris, sweetened with amber and vanilla over sandalwood. I like it; it’s elegant and not as youthful as other Essential offerings. Longevity and projection are excellent: at least 8 hours with a medium-to-high sillage. It reminds me of others; it didn’t recall the classic Far Away (which fatigues my nose), but rather Avon’s Imari Rouge, though Essential is more potent and sophisticated. It could fit the Olympea by Rabanne trend with that dry, baby-powdered, fine-makeup touch. Great value for money: it smells designer, the price is high, but the 90ml bottle in Mexico makes it worth it. Who is it for: lovers of powdery scents.

  3. DALINATI

It’s divine. I love how it sits on my skin; nothing old, but the bottle smells super vintage, so don’t buy it blind. I love it; it’s my treasure. It lasted over 12 hours, and on clothes, you have to wash them to get rid of it completely. It reminds me a lot of Bvlgari Pour Femme Bvlgari; they share many notes.

It’s divine. I love how it sits on my skin; nothing old-fashioned about it, but the bottle definitely smells very VINTAGE, so don’t buy it blind. I love it, it’s my treasure. It lasted over 12 hours and on clothes you have to wash it to get it off completely. It reminds me a lot of Bvlgari Pour Femme Bvlgari; they share many notes.

  5. teteboeta

It reminded me of the classic Carolina Herrera. Both are scents I don’t quite love; too many notes, and I simply don’t like the neroli note. Luckily, I bought it at the launch price.

  6. FloorPerfumeadicta

In the opening, it reminds me of the classic Avon Far Away; it feels like a vintage floral, sweet, and balsamic aroma. As it dries, the vanilla and sandalwood come through, giving it a sweet and elegant touch. LONGEVITY 12+ hours. Scent 9/10. It doesn’t list banana in the notes, but I get that vibe (it reminds me of Decadence). Recommend for cold climates or spring. TRY ON SKIN BEFORE BUYING! NOT A SCENT EVERYONE WILL LIKE! 👆😁

  7. A while after testing it, my skin gifted me a beloved and familiar scent: Avon’s Far Away (the classic). Both are wonders and last longer, at least on my skin. If you like smelling different, if you love Far Away but want it to last longer, don’t hesitate to grab this wonder. If you can’t spend much, stick with Far Away.

I admit it’s a great perfume and I’m a huge Natura fan, and even though I love jasmine, I couldn’t and still can’t with this one (I’ve used it twice), so I’ll give it another chance before selling it. It felt too overwhelming, and that despite being a fan of Alien; on me, it’s a definite no. I hope something changes with time, like it did with other perfumes I hated at first but came to adore after letting them rest.

  9. danzaesencia

I was left speechless: the Egyptian jasmine harvested by women along the Nile is a constant and predominant note. Since jasmine was key to Coco Chanel, it reminded me of a recent, softer version of Chanel No. 5, and when the vetiver comes out, I think of Chanel 19, thank goodness without its animal note. I swear it has aldehydes and its olfactory evolution crosses paths with YSL Rive Gauche in its dry-down. My mom found it more ‘luminous’ on her, and it reminded me of YSL Libre. There’s one point that fascinates me, perhaps due to the vanilla: the fruits collaged with the flowers remind me of my beloved Dior Poison, but in a very soft version. It has good projection and sillage. I bought it blind expecting a fusion of Esta Flor Jasmin and Flor do Lugar, but it wasn’t like that. It’s a timeless jewel for those who enjoy deep, personality-driven scents. Jasmine and vanilla are aphrodisiacs that create sensuality alongside the respect for the woods. It still has a hard-to-decipher halo for me. I’m happy with this acquisition worthy of collection.

I have a sample and it was a surprise. It truly lives up to its name: it’s unique, a natural jewel. Although it’s totally far from my taste for fresh florals, it caught my attention. I sense a present and charming pepper, balsamic notes I can’t quite identify, but I didn’t perceive any flowers. It could easily be unisex. Pepper, woods, and balsam are very well harmonized; for my nose, they have a medicinal touch, something slightly bitter. For those who like this olfactive family, I recommend trying it. Lasting power is very good, like almost all in the Essential line.

  11. Fucsia

This Natura line is characterized by its particularly strong base aroma, with other notes adding a special touch to each perfume. I haven’t sensed the rose or any other flower at any point; on me, the woody and balsamic aromas stick well (just like the Essential Myrrh and Vanilla), while the others go unnoticed. Vetiver makes it unisex. Longevity 9, sillage 9.

Arrived in Argentina yesterday and tried it today: so rich. I see it as feminine, but a brave man who isn’t intimidated by flowers can wear it too. Jasmine and rose dominate from the start, mixed with fruits, soft woods, and copaiba. It doesn’t smell like anything in the catalog; it’s super original. In short, it’s very good and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy it if it’s on sale.

  15. I already know Instinct is coming in cycle 6, then Homem Tato since they give samples in that cycle, and a bit later they’ll launch Essential Mirra because it’s listed in an awards category (all in Argentina). But there might be other launches; we can’t predict them…
