Delicious sweet and powdery violets. A precious fragrance; I don’t find it heavy or cloying at all. Projects well without being intrusive. Occasionally, a soft burst of violets reaches me. I loved it!
If you love the old-fashioned violet candies from the confectioneries on Plaza de Canalejas, this is for you. I tried it from a discontinued mini bottle with the liquid already browned, but the scent held up well. It smells exactly like violets, as expected. The bottle and the candy-like notes suggest it’s an Angel, though here the patchouli isn’t as prominent and the trail isn’t as heavy. As it dries down, it becomes quite powdery. Unlike the candies that wear off quickly, this lasted several hours, so I ended up feeling a bit stuffed.
