Oh my god, Paolo, what a beautiful fragrance you’ve created. I’m not comparing it to others, but the opening immediately reminded me of two of my favorite Guerlains, Shalimar and Habit Rouge. It must be the heliotrope that gives it that dusty touch to that vanilla amber, along with opoponax and several other notes shared with Shalimar. Although I see it evolves a bit differently, I’m writing this with the excitement of the fragrance freshly sprayed on my arm: I’m completely in love. I knew Paolo Terenzi was an excellent perfumer; this fragrance confirms it. Later, I’ll write a more detailed review because right now I feel I have a treasure that’s worth every penny I paid for it. I hope this initial euphoria passes, and I’ll write a review with more calm.
