I love how Adidas Ace makes affordable, high-quality fragrances backed by Coty. It’s a great take on classic Boss Bottled; so far, it’s the only one I like—they’ve done the others poorly. It doesn’t last long, but at this price, it doesn’t matter since you can reapply, plus the opening is exquisite. Thanks, Adidas, for keeping it up.
Nice fragrance, excellent price for a gift, pleasant aroma with lots of vanilla and a hint of cinnamon.
Burberry London. Nothing more.
If Coty makes them, does that mean it’s bad according to those disassociated gurus? Then they say Calvin Klein is good, even though Coty handles both brands.
Personally, I like the fragrance; you need to spray about 10 drops for a decent projection, though it does fade a bit quickly. Given the price, you can reapply it several times a day. Its advantage is that it’s not overwhelming. A colleague told me it smelled like a ‘hospital pharmacy,’ but that’s been the only comment so far. I haven’t received compliments, but I still enjoy wearing it, even at home.

March 2022 batch: Smells like Boss Bottled but it’s not a clone. It hits hot, the citrus barely registers and fades quickly. It’s very linear; vanilla and cinnamon really stand out, but you can smell the full composition from start to finish. Projection: lasts about 30 minutes on skin before settling to skin scent for another 4-5 hours. On clothes, with a good amount, it can reach 6-8 hours. Scent radius is max 1 meter, but for a short time. The trail is faint except right after spraying. In summer heat, it smells better, but it’s not really suitable for the season. Age: for everyone. Season: all year round given the price, even if the profile isn’t summer. Time of day: any time. Occasions: only for sports or heading home to smell good; I think it’s too short for other things. Value: 5/10, smells good but there are better options at this price point. Conclusion: an affordable all-rounder that does its job of making you smell nice.
March 2022 batch. It’s not a clone but it reminds me of Boss Bottled. Warm opening, barely noticeable citrus that fades in a minute. It’s very linear; what stands out is the vanilla and cinnamon, but you can smell the whole composition throughout the fragrance’s life. Longevity: 30 minutes of projection, then it lasts 4-5 hours on skin. On clothes, it lasts 6-8 hours depending on the amount. Projection is 1 to 1.5 meters only at first, then it recedes; the sillage is always faint except right after applying. In summer with heat, it performs better, but it’s not ideal for that season. Age: for everyone. Season: all year round due to the price, though I wouldn’t wear it in summer based on the notes. Time of day: any time. Occasions: given the cost and performance, only for sports, heading home, or just smelling good; it feels too short for other events. Value: 5/10, great scent but there are better options for the price. Conclusion: a cheap all-around fragrance that does its job of smelling good.
I wore it as a cologne and it’s rich, sweet, and vanilla-forward. This Victory League came out during the 2006 World Cup, and today it will never go out of style thanks to that delicious vanilla scent.

It’s super versatile and works in any weather, though it’s not my favorite due to the ridiculous longevity: about 2 hours of projection and 3 or 4 on skin. Basically, it doesn’t last at all.
I have the 2022 batch and bought it blind at that insane price—less than 300 pesos. Without an official pyramid, to my nose it opens spicy with citrus and wood notes. After five minutes, the brain doesn’t quite connect; I did some research and it’s amber, bitter orange, and that freshly cut grass that dominates the dry down. Longevity is short, about 3 hours on skin with no sillage, even with my brother’s help. Perfect for fresh mornings or right after a shower at home; if you’re looking for people to ask for your recipe on the street, forget this one.
