Either my sense of smell isn’t what it used to be, or this cologne doesn’t last at all. I also don’t know if it’s for winter or summer, but since it leaves a sweet aftertaste, I use it in January. The cologne is fine, but it doesn’t last, maybe an hour at most. Just in case, I don’t apply much so I don’t stand out and make others smell it too much. Would appreciate tips on how to use it better.
Reminds me of Hugo Boss’s Boss Bottled and Mercadona’s Gesto, since both are clones. It has decent longevity and a very familiar scent: warm wood and a bit of sweetness that has its charm. Definitely recommended for the price.
Given the price, it’s highly recommended. As people say, it resembles Boss quite a bit and is very similar to Mankind Hero. Longevity isn’t bad. I’m not good at classifying notes, but if you know the ones I listed above, you’ll get the idea.
It’s identical to Boss Bottled, but on my skin, it lasts longer. The price is a steal, even cheaper than at equivalence stores. A surprising discovery.
In my opinion, it’s nothing special. Smells very generic and fades quickly, leaving little trail. It doesn’t smell bad; it reminds me a lot of the Boss Bottled I know. If you like this type of scent, grab the 30ml version; even if you like it, you might get a shock with the longevity, which is abysmal.
I don’t know the original, but people say Nike Indigo Man is similar. I disagree with those complaining about longevity; maybe it’s because I like spraying on my clothes. I stopped using it two years ago because I got sick of it, but opening it again, I actually enjoy it now. Although it’s not sweet, it can be cloying. It’s a good fragrance and worth trying at least for the price.
Smells very synthetic and isn’t worth more than its price. I bought it because it triggered vivid memories of my school days as a kid, maybe playdough or something the teacher wore. At this price, it convinced me to take a dive into the past, but that’s all it is. I’d never wear it again.
For €10 in a 200ml bottle, this is a beast. Smells very much like Boss Bottled. Longevity is moderate, about 5 hours on my skin with good application. The only downside is that it gets cloying and tiring, so I don’t wear it daily, but for occasional use, it’s more than fine.
First impressions review; I’ll update this after a few weeks. The scent is a very well-executed clone of Boss Bottled EDT, but with a noticeably sweeter touch (perhaps the amber) that initially reminds me of Nikos Sculpture. It’s not a Nikos clone, though it might cross your mind if you wear it heavily. The famous caramelized apple isn’t very prominent here; instead, it’s that typical sweet woodiness. As it dries down after 10-15 minutes, it resembles BB more. In terms of performance, I’ve worn it for 2-3 hours and it lasts a long time on clothes, sticking well to fabrics. On skin, I can still detect it in bursts, and given the price (200ml for under €10), if it reaches 3-4 hours on skin, you can’t ask for more. From this brand, I’ve only tried this one and ‘The Perfume Man,’ and both seem to offer the best quality for the price, plus they have very cheap 30ml testers (around €2.5) to try before buying the larger bottle. PS: I don’t know where the website notes come from, but the perfumeries say: Top: plum, apple, lemon, geranium, bergamot, and moss. Heart: cedar, carnation, and cinnamon. Base: sandalwood, olive, vanilla, cedar, and vetiver.
First impression of the Boss Bottled clone: they nailed it, but with a touch of sweet amber that makes it unique, sometimes reminding me of Nikos Sculpture. The caramelized apple doesn’t shine, but the sweet wood does, and after 10-15 minutes of drying, it’s almost identical. Lasts a long time on clothes; on skin, 2-3 hours. For under €10 in a 200ml bottle, it’s an absolute steal. I’ve only tried this and The Perfume Man, and both are beasts in terms of quality/price, with 30ml options at €2.50 to test before investing.
Cheap, linear, and basic but loud. Low longevity like almost all Nikes, valid for short daytime outings, to refresh after a shower, or for personal enjoyment without complications. Indigo isn’t soft at first, though it mellows quickly and isn’t annoying. It lasts longer on clothes, but needs reapplication if you want to smell it after half an hour. It comes out sweet and sharp at the start, weakening fast. It’s one of the most intrusive Nikes, only in the first few minutes. You always find it on sale in all formats. Nike is halfway there: achieved scents but without stepping out of supermarket cologne territory. I use them a lot and indiscriminately for daily wear. I wouldn’t take Indigo to a party, work, or any meeting where I want to stand out. They say it lasts hours, but after about an hour, it’s gone from the skin and you forget about it.
It’s not citrusy or sporty; it looks like a failed attempt at a special or evening fragrance. The opening mixes floral and strong pepper, but lacks projection. As it dries, the woody and amber notes make it masculine and evening-oriented. The problem is that after an hour, it’s barely noticeable on skin. It’s cheap, but the lack of longevity and projection makes it unrecommendable except for short trips.
On my inexperienced nose, it smells like Montblanc Starwalker, a very good fragrance for those 25 USD.
Like others, it smells a lot like Hugo Boss Bottled. Watch out, the atomizer is a disaster, it drips or splatters badly, but for the price, you can’t ask for more. I bought it at Chuy de Rocha for 15 USD. Back in 2018, someone at work asked what that rich smell was. I wouldn’t buy it again, but it was my introduction.
Linear, lasts 3-4 hours, and smells like sweet orange. For 2.75€ for 30ml, it’s insane. I always keep it in my backpack. The quality-to-price ratio is incredible.
Smells like sweet orange and is very linear, lasting about 3-4 hours. At 2.75 euros for a 30 ml bottle, the quality-to-price ratio is insane. I always keep one in my backpack.
They gave it to me as a gift and I used it as a cheap cologne without giving it much thought. Smells generic and cheap, gives me a bit of a headache. Even though it’s cheap, it’s not worth it at all.
It doesn’t last long, but it’s the classic one you always keep in your work drawer. For the €3 you pay for 30ml, you get a very traditional citrus-spicy-woody blend that lasts about two hours on the skin and, at least, smells good.
Light on longevity, the typical one you keep in your work wardrobe. For 3€ for 30ml, you get a classic citrus, spicy, and woody blend. It lasts a couple of hours on skin and smells good.
Simple and loud eau de toilette, as others say. Pleasant in the heat, totally unisex. The price is a joke, so if it doesn’t last long, who cares? If I use it, I carry the bottle in my bag and reapply throughout the day.
A simple, friendly EDT, as others say. Perfect for summer days, smells unisex, and I love it. For the price, it doesn’t matter if it doesn’t last long. If I buy it, I keep it in my bag and reapply throughout the day.
Fresh, simple, and soft, perfect for everyday wear or casual outings.
Batches 08/19 and 11/22: Starts with a brutal alcohol blast, taking 20 seconds to reveal that lemon king, backed by pepper and lavender. At 3-4 minutes, as it dries, it turns floral and citrusy; then at 20-30 minutes, the floral fades and ebony takes over, ambering up and becoming very enjoyable. It stays linear until it dies. Smells a lot like Boss Bottled, so much that I confused my bottle with my uncle’s. The 2019 batch lasts longer than the 2022 one, which feels more watery. Duration: 5-6h on skin (needs reapplication) and 7-8h on clothes, where it’s noticeable the next day. Average projection at the start (30-45 min), then a personal bubble for 2h. Ideal for all ages and intermediate seasons; can be light in winter and heavy in summer unless at night. Suitable for any moment, but for the price, it’s perfect for the gym or daily wear. Value for money 8/10: loud, cheap, and delivers. A classic with a cap that seals the deal.
