Espionage has an unusual scent; I detect an intense note of what seems to be sage that tames the sweetness of the amber. The projection is weak despite applying a lot to my arm. It’s hot and humid today, so it should project more. On blotter, I only smell the sweet amber. I’ll update you later on the longevity.

I only smelled a sample on blotter and already ordered it. Once I receive it, I’ll share my full impressions, but I’ll give you a heads-up: the amber and its liquid note have already captivated me.

Just received it and smelling it right now. The first impression is a very noticeable brandy opening, then it shifts to become very soft with that dominant amber making it sweet and very pleasant. I don’t find it similar to any other fragrance; I see Oriflame is betting on unique scents, far from imitations, though the initial phase reminded me of A*men Pure Malt, just much softer; it lacks punch but it’s not bad at all.
