About MYSLF Eau de Toilette Intense
MYSLF Eau de Toilette Intense: YSL’s New Masculine Signature
Yves Saint Laurent expands the MYSLF collection with a new intense eau de toilette created by perfumer Daniela Andrier. Launching in 2026, this fragrance belongs to the Woody Floral Musk family.
Made for the modern man, MYSLF Eau de Toilette Intense balances bright citrus freshness with warm, sensual depth. It’s an invitation to express your identity without masks.
The scent opens with bergamot, a sparkling citrus note that adds energy and refinement. In the heart, orange blossom, patchouli, and Ambrofix™ — a naturally derived amber-like accord — bring warmth and lasting power.
The base rests on white musk, leaving a clean, slightly soapy trail that feels comfortable and sophisticated. The overall effect is a balance of freshness and depth, with a white floral character that reads as both elegant and contemporary.
Key accords include citrus, musky, white floral, and powdery, with sweet, fresh spicy, animalic, and patchouli undertones. This complexity gives the fragrance layers to discover throughout the day.
Daniela Andrier has crafted an intensified version of the original MYSLF while keeping the line’s refined signature. The result is a versatile choice for anyone seeking noticeable sillage and a memorable presence.
Early ratings show an average of 4.13 out of 5, based on 581 votes and six reviews. That positive reception highlights the fragrance’s enveloping character and lasting appeal.
This perfume will appeal to men who enjoy woody floral scents with a musky edge and want a daily fragrance with personality. It also suits those who like contrasts between citrus freshness and warm amber notes.
MYSLF Eau de Toilette Intense is a strong addition to the MYSLF range: modern, balanced, and full of character. Perfect for anyone who wants a scent that speaks for itself.

It seems like a vintage, nineties perfume, like a mix between Cool Water by Davidoff and the remembered “El Paso” by Lomani. It’s pretty good, but… It’s not something that blows your mind, actually none of this series is like that.
Myslf Eau de Toilette (EDT) Intense is a citrus, floral, and musky fragrance. This version of Myslf is the freshest, its scent has a higher concentration of citrus, in addition to the orange blossom floral notes and ambrofix that are characteristic of this line, but now with less intensity. Once reaching its dry-down phase, a musk note is noticeable, but the citrus and floral notes remain in the scent. This EDT version is ideal for daytime use during spring and summer, casual situations, at school, nothing formal. Its longevity has been the least intense of the entire line, with me it lasted about 6 hours max, with a discreet sillage. I think of the entire line it’s the least interesting, though that’s my perception. It’s fresher, but it has less presence, for that I prefer the EDP. The scent is pleasant, but I think for a fresh version of the Myslf DNA, Most Wanted Intense or Polo 67 are better and less expensive.
I liked it, but it’s quite redundant with the original, with a clearly lighter twist, and that lightness with the white floral for me ends up pushing it from unisex to distinctly feminine. I sense an undeclared note of green tea, curiously.
I went to try it at DRUNI and honestly I stick with My self EDP, I love it, I feel it more intense, it’s not invasive, I enjoy it a lot, good longevity and projection, versatility, I’m not very knowledgeable about perfumes, but from my point of view I dare to say that My self EDP I consider it a unisex perfume, a girl can wear it perfectly for spring, summer, fall, it works great. I use it for work, for a night out with friends, a date, even for the club, my favorite of the whole line, I’ve received many compliments. It’s true that it’s not something innovative or new, but I love My self EDP, it’s love in a pretty bottle at first sniff. My Self EDT INTENSE I feel it softer, less intense, it doesn’t quite convince me, it’s less potent and long-lasting than its sisters, and I think for a little more price, if you want a fragrance with a bit more body, better go for My self EDP. If you want something more nighttime, I’d switch to the Le Parfum version, and if you want something more party-like, more fun and with good power, I’d go for the Myslf Absolue.
YSL sent me a sample of this fragrance and of Y Ice Cologne. I’ve been testing it and it has a portion of the characteristic MYSLF scent, both from Absolu and from Le Parfum, but that characteristic scent gets diluted and becomes generic in its performance because of the citrus additions. I spent a long time thinking about where I had smelled this before; setting aside that little touch of MYSLF, I figured it out. In the drydown, this smells extremely similar to A&F First Instinct Together—remember, the fragrance I just mentioned costs 16 dollars. In conclusion, the twist they wanted to make with this release makes this scent unmemorable and totally skippable. If you want to buy a MYSLF, go for Absolu, which, without being a scent that drives me crazy, is very well made.
Hi, I just smelled it for the first time right after it arrived. I can’t give you a very detailed review for the reasons mentioned above, but I can say it’s completely irrelevant. It’s the same as the EDP; in the drydown the difference is more noticeable, but in my opinion for the worse—it’s less intense. It’s still a very good scent, but it’s the worst of the line. I’ll keep testing it to improve my review, but these are my first impressions.
