I saw this gorgeous bottle at the perfumerie and decided to try it without expecting it to transport me back to that wonderful scent from the first Lolita Lempicka edition (the 1997 one). SURPRISE: it’s 95% identical to that hypnotic, unmatched masterpiece. In short, this limited edition is a faithful and modern reinterpretation of the classic: it keeps its charming and distinctive spirit with slight tweaks to fit current trends. The notes of anise, violet, licorice, vanilla, and praline are still there. Literally, this perfume is a sensory and emotional gift! It’s not just an incredible scent; it’s all the emotional memories it awakens in me. It has the same sweet, charming heart as always.
