  1. Top copy of Sauvage Elixir. Smells like cinnamon, spices, and elegance. For men 35+, nothing for teenagers. Wear it with formal or casual attire, no jeans. Best for cool or cold weather, not in the heat. For the office? No, it’s for special occasions, not daily use. Longevity is medium-low; the opening is strong but the trail doesn’t reach far. Worth it if you want the DNA of the original. PS: The atomizer is another story 👌

  2. Amazonas Drift is a very well-executed dupe of Sauvage Elixir. I already own the other clones (Asad and Salvo), and this one smells a bit sweeter at first, more like Asad. But it shines in the dry-down and development, getting incredibly close to the original. In that stage, it smells almost identical to Salvo, but with better quality: rounder and less synthetic. In short, it’s an excellent dupe. It’s still too early to judge its total longevity; I’ll let it mature for a bit and come back with an update on projection and staying power.

I don’t usually review scents, but since there aren’t any, here goes. Love and disappointment all at once. I bought it in Chile for $20. The scent is spectacular, the scent of a winning man. 99% of people will think I’m wearing the original; only the enthusiasts notice the details when comparing, but why bother with that? People don’t look that closely. The smell is impeccable, good projection; as you walk, the aroma radiates. It doesn’t fill the room like the original, but people can definitely smell you. Longevity is the weak point for now. They say it lasts a lifetime, it must be the maceration. I applied it before bed and by the next day it was gone. The original doesn’t care; it stays strong and leaves the bed smelling like perfume. I’ll test it more, let it oxidize for a few months because autumn just started in Chile and it’s still hot. Do I recommend it? ABSOLUTELY, for $20, better to have it than not.
