I tried this back in 2005 and it was a total flop: it smells like nothing, has zero projection, doesn’t last, and lacks any real style. It’s a generic green scent with bamboo that fades within two hours without leaving a trace. Plus, the bottle is ugly, the cap doesn’t fit right, and the gray box with green lettering tricks you into thinking it’s better than it actually is.

This is a tricky perfume to find. It opens with citrus notes of lemon, orange, and basil, giving off that fresh, summery green vibe without being just another cologne. The downside is the dry down: it smells heavily of musk, like an old book or ambergris, with a touch of talc. It’s not bad, but it’s certainly not a masterpiece.
