If you smell it with your eyes closed and someone tells you it’s Invictus, you’ll believe them.
New fragrance from this house, which has launched interesting scents like the 1920 line. Tous Man Chill opens with citrus (briefly) before blending black pepper, lavender, and nutmeg, drying down green and sweet. I read a review calling it ‘tropical’ and I think that fits; it gives a warm sensation. To me, it’s very similar to Invictus: at first, side by side, they aren’t the same; Tous opens very alcoholic while original Invictus doesn’t, you can tell the quality difference… but after five minutes, they smell identical, though this Tous has less power and could pass as a fairly well-made clone. In short, you can’t go wrong with Tous Man Chill; it’s a pleasant scent for everyone. Moderate longevity.
Nice fragrance, but watch out: it’s not really for men, more like a kid’s scent, very sweet, almost gives you cavities. I gifted it to my son and it suited him better. If you’re over 20, I wouldn’t recommend it.
From Argentina. Super delicious scent, fruity citrus opening with a green touch in the dry-down. Medium-to-high longevity, better than average. Perfect for summer. I wear it every day; I need to try it at night. Gets tons of compliments and has great projection. Suitable for all ages. I bought it at +Monumental after seeing the Red Hot Chili Peppers; I came back from the concert and still smelled like perfume. In Argentina, you can only find it at the Misiones duty-free (next to Brazil) since it’s not in regular perfumeries. No doubt, I recommend it.
Not sure if it’s my nose, but the dry-down smells like Montblanc Explorer Ultra Blue.
What a mess! I’m totally tired of Invictus DNA now. 😑
