Brutal opening, no floral notes at first—just sweet, exotic fruit. Once it dries down, that’s when the flowers arrive. I’d say it’s unisex. Good projection for the first hour, then it becomes a personal bubble. Even though it’s dry, cold winter in Madrid, the opening fades quickly, but the longevity is around 8 hours, maybe 10 if you’re lucky. After that initial burst, it lingers softly for another 3 hours, then just skin-close whispers. I’m sure it would perform much better in summer near the sea. Great scent, but the longevity is just okay; it really needs its ideal climate. The issue is the price: €185 is steep. For €150, you could get Erba Pura, which surely lasts longer than these 100ml. Comporta, Muda, and Dona Bia gave me better performance. Dona Bia lasts forever but smells hard to love. Muda is the one worth buying. If Ocaso were €120, it’d be a stretch, but that’s subjective. I grabbed mine for €70 at Carambola, and it’s a steal. €100 would be great, €120-125 acceptable. Edit: Tested this during an unusual spring heatwave in Madrid, and the longevity is amazing. I sprayed it at 9 AM and at 5 PM it was still detectable with effort in a personal bubble; it’ll easily last 12 hours, linger on skin longer, and last days on clothes. It doesn’t project far, but at 60-70cm it smells strong for 4-5 hours, and another 4-5 hours in a bubble. Pleasant surprise.

Ocaso is a unisex floral (even though it’s labeled feminine, what nonsense). It smells like a very realistic jasmine with fresh, luminous touches, coastal style (not sunscreen). It reminds me of walking near the coast at sunset, with orange and blue tones, a fresh breeze after the heat dragging flowers along, especially jasmine. Setting aside the initial infatuation, the performance is sufficient but just barely—about 5-6 hours on skin, more on clothes. Projection is moderate, acceptable. It delivers, maybe not a 10/10, but definitely a 7/10. But the scent is so natural, evocative, and relaxing that it’s hard to give up. If you like florals that evoke real nature, give it a try.
It’s like a breath of fresh breeze in a Mediterranean landscape. Delicious, sparkling, and aromatic opening. The tropical flowers are noticeable but softly, underneath the aromatic notes. Over time, it becomes more woody. Totally unisex. I loved it; it’s different from other ylang-ylang and tiaré scents; this one is more herbaceous—you can smell the coriander and hay. It evokes a walk through a forest of aromatic plants after the rain, that green humidity loaded with vivid scents. Ocaso is clean, luminous, and energizing. Lasts 6-8 hours with moderate projection.
