It adds nothing to the Dahlia collection, which has also been reformulated for the worse. Upon spraying, you get citrus notes and a sweet orange that quickly turn bitter like kitchen cleaner, with sandalwood to top it off. It’s a dry scent, reminiscent of lemons left out in the sun that smell stale and burnt by the next day. Givenchy’s website claims it has light intensity; I’d say it’s barely there and far from evoking freshness to start the day. A Biotherm water works better—it has more zip, smells more aromatic, and is cheaper. A blind buy failure; I don’t recommend it.
