  • Complicated opening, smells like an ashtray with extinguished cigarette butts from days ago, mixed with an invasive nutmeg. Not suitable for teenagers. Never buy blind, I was disappointed, it’s horrible.

  • I don’t know if it needs to be macerated, but this smells like nothing to me. Pressing my nose hard, I only notice a sweet leather. Total disappointment. If you want to throw money in the trash, buy it; it’s the worst from Maison Alhambra.

  • Just to clarify, like most Arab fragrances, it comes unmacerated. It’s normal for the first spray to be an aberration and the second a strange aroma. Let it sit for a couple of weeks ‘masturbating in the closet,’ as they joke on Fragrantica, so it can oxygenate and settle; you’ll see that projection and longevity multiply. It definitely has the DNA of SWY, I don’t know if it’s the same as the original (it’s exclusive in the Emirates), but I love it. I feel it’s versatile: not for summer, but for autumn nights, spring, and especially winter. It’s not dark, it has an elegant and sweet touch.

  • Honestly, I don’t know if it’s the same as the original, but I don’t understand how people say it smells like nothing and give it moderate notes. Are we crazy? Maybe it’s not the same batch, but for me, it lasts all day and is hyper-intense. It’s one of those perfumes that literally marks you; you’re noticed as soon as you walk in and you stand out from the crowd. The scent isn’t for everyone, but if this perfume lacks anything, it definitely isn’t strength.

  • Mandatory to let it rest. After three months of waiting, the fragrance finally gains body, strength, and longevity. At first, a few seconds of citrus like a sigh, then the tobacco with spicy notes takes over my nose. I love it, though I’m not impartial: it brings back memories of my childhood, that drawer where my dad kept his pipe tobacco he hadn’t touched in years. Opening it released a sweet, woody aroma. Something like this smells this cheap perfume, which smells expensive.
