  What a weird madness. Cloves and ylang-ylang? It sounds like a lab mistake, but it smells 100% like Christmas. Reminds me of that spiced vanilla from Vanilla Supermassive. Ultimately, it’s that scent that wraps around you and takes you straight to a Christmas cabin without you even noticing.

  I have a love-hate relationship with this (I have the body spray). At first, it smells intensely of ylang-ylang, lingers for a few minutes, and feels like an 80s grandma’s cologne, but then the sweet, spicy clove comes through. If they toned down the ylang-ylang and added cinnamon, it would be perfect.

  I have a love-hate relationship with this fragrance (I have the body spray). At first, it smells very strongly of ylang-ylang, lingers for a few minutes, and gives off a ‘vintage’ vibe (not age-related, but like an old-school grandma’s cologne that’s been sitting in the vanity for years), but in the end, it leaves the sweet, spicy aroma of cloves. If they lowered the intensity of the ylang-ylang and added cinnamon, it would be perfect.

  I have the body spray, not the perfume (though it’s not listed here). It’s my first time at Lush and I haven’t failed: the girl recommended this and another perfume, I tried several, and I kept both (fall and Christmas collections). From experience, the body spray lasts longer than the perfume, and I love it; it’s already in my top 5. The only downside is the bottle wastes so much product; it’s ridiculous. I put some in another container because this isn’t a body spray, it’s a powerhouse fragrance. If you like gourmand scents, you’ll love it: sweet, spicy, long-lasting, with beastly projection. It’s a marvel. Will I buy more body sprays? Yes, it has conquered me. But I won’t buy the perfume again; it’s just not worth it.

It is ULTRA SWEET, one of the sweetest aromas I’ve ever smelled, even though I’m a gourmand fan. It smells like cookies and caramel, but the ylang-ylang is very noticeable. Very warm. More than a body spray, it smells like a perfume, a complex sweet. It’s a titan in longevity and projection, so be careful with the sprays (something difficult due to the Lush format). I liked it, but it becomes severely strong on me.

  Only two ingredients on the label: cloves and ylang-ylang, and the result is madness. This body spray, which passes itself off as a perfume extract, has snuck straight into my top 5. I went to Lush looking for something else, not knowing what to try, and the sales associate, upon hearing I love sweets, threw this golden gourmand at me. It smells like a Christmas party in a Canadian cabin: caramel, eggnog, home, and a roaring fireplace. It’s not elegant, but it’s delicious. The projection is beastly, filling the room, and it lasts hours on skin and days on clothes with just two or three sprays. Impeccable value for money, 25 euros for 100 ml. The only flaw is the bottle, which looks like a window cleaner sprayer, ugly, and sprays an uncontrollable amount of this monster. If you like sweets, try it. Watch out, it’s limited edition. Scent 10/10, Longevity 10/10, Sillage 10/10, Value 10/10, Versatility 5/10, Packaging 4/10. Would I buy again? Yes.
