The Body Shop has some top-tier scents and blends; their perfumes are no exception. This one is purely masculine and sporty, with a very well-balanced combination of notes. The first thing you notice is a citrus that doesn’t smell like lemon or grapefruit, but rather very refined. Then, to balance it out, comes a dry green woody note that is unmistakably rosemary. The orange blossom gets lost because it smells too powdery compared to the other notes. I don’t detect any musk despite it being in the name, but it’s a nice touch. It projects a more mature scent than a youthful one. It’s perfect before, during, and after a workout, but not for water activities. At first, it seems strong, but within minutes it drops noticeably; however, it never disappears. So there’s no issue with carrying the bottle and reapplying—the scent doesn’t build up or feel heavy, it stays consistent. It works for any day and season, as long as it’s for sports and not water activities; it’s not a boat scent. It doesn’t smell bad when it touches sweat like other perfumes do; that’s its big advantage as a citrus and dry fragrance. I recommend using it and leaving non-sport perfumes away from sweat and exercise; otherwise, they get ruined or you come across as someone who can’t distinguish perfumes for different occasions, activities, seasons, and climates. Great perfume.
I’m surprised there aren’t any reviews for this amazing perfume. It’s a delicious citrus-aquatic scent with leather notes at the end; it doesn’t last long, but for the price, you can’t expect more. I got it for 600 pesos, you won’t go unnoticed, it’s easy to reapply, and it’s perfect for everyday wear in hot weather.
