It’s inevitable to compare it to Xerjoff’s Lira; there’s an obvious similarity, especially in the citrus-gourmand DNA with vanilla and caramel. Obviously, it doesn’t have the same depth or complexity as the original, but Voux Zeste offers a very well-executed interpretation, more accessible and enjoyable for daily wear. Given its profile, it’s very versatile, suitable for day and night, and usable in any season. I see it as ideal for dates, outings, events, or daily use if you like sweet perfumes with an elegant twist. As for performance, on my skin it has good longevity and moderate projection, enough to make a mark without being invasive. In short, it’s sweet and balanced, with a marked gourmand character, inspired by luxury but accessible, ideal for those seeking elegance, warmth, and a scent that always gets compliments.

Although it opens citrusy, it’s quite warm. It sweetens over time until it turns into a cookie-like vanilla, with lingering citrus notes. I like it a lot and see it as very autumnal.

It smells quite unisex on me. The lavender stands out and is well-spiced. I’d like it to be sweeter once it macerates… we’ll see. I just received it today.
