Voux Zeste smells great—fresh, sophisticated, with a perfect balance between citrus, spices, and that enchanting gourmand touch. The opening is luminous with blood orange and bergamot, accompanied by clean lavender. The heart is warm with cinnamon, licorice, and jasmine, without being cloying. The base is vanilla and caramel with musk, very comforting. Many people compare it to Xerjoff’s Lira; the similarity in that citrus-gourmand DNA is obvious, though here it’s more accessible and less complex. It’s versatile, ideal for day or night, and always gets compliments. Longevity and projection are decent, enough to be noticed without being annoying. In short, it’s sweet, balanced, and elegant, perfect for those seeking something special but within everyone’s reach.
Citrusy, spicy, and sweet all at once. Starts spicy and aromatic, then turns into a sugared lemon over toffee caramel. I love it, but the longevity is minimal and the scent is very soft; that’s why I won’t be buying it again. What a pity, it smells quite a bit like Lira.
I perceive it as quite unisex. The lavender is prominent and well-spiced. I’d love for the dry down to add a bit more sweetness… we’ll see. I just received it today.
It smells like lemon, sweet, creamy, with a touch of caramel. The lavender balances the sweetness and gives it cleanliness, avoiding a cloying effect. I bought it as a dupe for Xerjoff’s Lira to try it out without spending extra, and it was worth it: it’s exquisite and incredibly cheap. I’ll definitely buy the original when I can. It conveys calm and comfort, like being at home with dim lights and a lemon foot bath cooling off. It has a lovely clean laundry touch. I’ll use it in autumn, winter, and spring. I loved it, but the longevity and projection are poor; it lasts little, max 3 hours, and you have to reapply several times for others to notice it. But for the price, I don’t complain much. Scent: 9.5/10, projection: 3.5 or 4/10, longevity: 4 or 5/10. I loved it, but I’ll try to buy the original. Still, I recommend buying it to test the scent.
Although it opens citrusy, it’s quite warm. It sweetens over time until it turns into a cookie-like vanilla, with lingering citrus notes. I like it a lot and see it as very autumnal.
It smells quite unisex on me. The lavender stands out and is well-spiced. I’d like it to be sweeter once it macerates… we’ll see. I just received it today.
Voux Zeste is a feminine fragrance, but why can’t a man wear it if he likes it? It’s sweet and sophisticated, achieving an appealing balance between fresh citrus, warm spices, and an enveloping gourmand base. It feels elegant from the first moment and leaves an impression without being overwhelming. The opening is luminous and vibrant, with a juicy combination of blood orange and bergamot, accompanied by lavender that adds a clean, elegant touch; this fresh start sets the stage well for the evolution. In the heart, the warmer, more seductive side emerges: cinnamon adds an enveloping spicy note, licorice brings a dark, addictive point, and jasmine softens the ensemble with elegant floral notes. This phase combines sweetness and character without falling into cloying territory. The dry down is clearly gourmand, with a creamy vanilla and caramel base, accompanied by a soft musk that makes it very pleasant on the skin. It’s a sweet, warm, and comforting base that leaves an elegant trail for hours. It’s inevitable to compare it to Xerjoff’s Lira; there’s an obvious similarity, especially in the citrus-gourmand DNA with vanilla and caramel. Obviously, it doesn’t have the same depth or complexity as the original, but Voux Zeste offers a very well-executed interpretation, more accessible and enjoyable for daily wear. Given its profile, it’s very versatile, suitable for day and night, and usable in any season. I see it as ideal for dates, outings, events, or daily use if you like sweet perfumes with an elegant twist. As for performance, on my skin it has good longevity and moderate projection, enough to make a mark without being invasive. In short, it’s sweet and balanced, with a marked gourmand character, inspired by luxury but accessible, ideal for those seeking elegance, warmth, and a scent that always gets compliments.
It’s a sweet, creamy lemon base with citrus and caramel notes. Lavender balances the sweetness, adding a clean touch so it doesn’t get cloying. I bought it as a blind dupe for Xerjoff’s Lira to test it out without spending too much, and it was totally worth it; it’s exquisite and incredibly cheap. No doubt, when I have the chance, I’ll buy the original. This scent brings me calm and comfort: I imagine myself in my comfort zone, with dim lights and a freshly made lemon pie cooling down, warm. It has a level of sophistication and the cleanliness of lavender that give it a fresh laundry vibe, very rich and pleasant. I’ll be using it all through fall, winter, and even spring. I loved it, but the downside is that the longevity and projection are really poor; it lasts about 3 hours max, and for others to smell it, you have to apply it multiple times. But I can’t complain much given how cheap it is. Scent: 9.5/10, projection: 3.5 or 4/10, longevity: 4 or 5/10. I definitely loved it, but I’ll try to buy the original when I can. Still, I recommend buying it to test the scent.
