  A gem for every taste. The pineapple top note is exquisite, lasting about 3 hours with projection and up to 6 hours close to the skin.

  I tried it years ago; it’s a cheerful fragrance soaked in tropical fruits, smelling of mango and pineapple… I’d call it the ancestral predecessor of Paco Rabanne’s Invictus, but with sweeter tones—a real delight. Too bad its sillage is low and I believe it’s discontinued, as I never saw it on Adolfo Dominguez shelves again.

  I still have it from 2009. It smells like caramel with salty marine notes.

  I was gifted this bottle at 14, and I chose it myself. The glass is an intense blue stone, like an eroded sapphire on a beach. It met my expectations, though fruitier than I anticipated, without losing its magic. It’s a lush, turgid fruit scent—a vaporwave sub-species of fruity aero—but deep, evoking the woods of an infinite ocean capable of obsessing a young fantasy writer. I grew fond of it, but I was cowardly about its aura; the ‘manly perfume’ vibe made me hesitate, and I stopped wearing it. In fact, I didn’t wear another scent until I was 26. It was left abandoned, and my younger brother used it up. Now I cry over its loss.

  I hope they bring it back or release a spiritual successor; right now, only Zara’s Bogoss Vibrant Leather comes close, though it still falls short.
