Twisted Peppermint by Bath & Body Works

This body mist smells super weird to me. I can’t deny its originality, but the moment I tested it, I got a tutti-frutti gum vibe that quickly turned mentholated. I guess it’s just not the gourmand style I’m used to.

I’ve been searching for a mint perfume for years, and this one literally smells like sugared peppermint gum. I really like it. It lasts about 3 hours (if I apply a lot) and is more of a personal treat, which makes sense for a splash.

I like its opening of mint caramel, but it disappears in minutes; it’s a pity because that’s what sets it apart from other mists and was the only reason I bought it. Once the initial trail fades, it smells almost identical to Marshmallow Pumpkin Latte, which is one of my favorites and much more potent; it just swaps the marshmallow opening for little mints. The longevity is good; I applied it almost 10 hours ago and it’s still on my skin. It’s delicious, but the dry down is very similar to other autumn or holiday mists.

Ufff, this body mist is so delicious, it makes me want to eat it. The mint is sweet, and then I get the musk, which is both relaxing and invigorating. I was scared because I’m not a mint lover, but it surprised me. It’s a very fun and original aroma.

One of my favorites, unfortunately, it doesn’t project much and the mint fades quickly; on the skin, there’s a lingering sweet vanilla scent that makes me crave a bite. It smells like Christmas candy canes, but I love wearing it anytime, especially at night before bed because it calms me down.

I absolutely love it and it’s my favorite! 😍💗 From the first spray, it smells like those red-striped peppermint candies and Christmas sticks—it’s so edible! The mint adds a super fresh touch, and when you apply it, you feel like you just showered with mint and water. The longevity is good, moderate, with moderate sillage. Too bad it’s a limited edition; I’ll treasure it until it comes back as a Christmas scent at BBW. I recommend it blindly to lovers of sweet gourmand scents, along with Strawberry.

Twisted Peppermint was my star scent of Christmas. The body mist is super sweet and vanilla-like with a really fresh mint, just like those red-striped peppermint candies we all know. The longevity isn’t the best, so I pair it with the body lotion; although the lotion’s mint is greener and less sweet, they go perfectly together!

I have mixed feelings because I hate mint and that toothpaste smell, but this gives me a ‘fresh’ sigh that I absolutely adore. It smells like those white Christmas mints with red stripes. Surprisingly, I like it so much. It’s super unique and lasts quite a while; it leaves an incredible freshness, like you just took a full mint shower and splashed water on yourself. So fresh, wow! I don’t detect any vanilla notes, it seems like pure sugar and mint. A delight and a Bath & Body Works gem, a classic Christmas scent for the brand with no specific target audience.

So much fun! I love it because it’s different. The mint and sugar notes stand out, giving a cool sensation on the skin, but after a few hours, it turns into a delicious creamy vanilla. It smells like those white peppermint candies with red stripes or Christmas sticks. I recommend it to anyone who wants to smell like peppermint candy, specifically targeting a younger audience.
