  I got this in the 90s from a relative since I collect empty bottles; she wanted to get rid of the scent, and I saw a treasure. I never saw it in Spain, so I used it sparingly. I remember it being a sharper, more potent version of the Eau de Isey Miyake, maybe for a sportier woman. You could also detect notes of Elizabeth Arden’s Sunflower. Those summer perfumes are so hard to find now—the kind with great sillage and longevity without being overwhelming: you’d smell them and instantly know they were for summer, yet they were clearly distinct.

  I picked this up in Italy with my cousin’s approval; from the very first sniff, I was hooked. It’s fresh, perfect for hot weather, with a vibe that feels more unisex than feminine. To me, it smells like white flowers and musk, though that strange aldehyde note leaves me a bit confused. I’d grab it again, even though this store doesn’t carry the brand.
