  • Since mid-2019, I knew on Fragrantica that I had to own this. Shipping to Argentina always takes forever, so I just waited. Patience pays off, and when least expected, I found it in February 2020. I bought blind and it arrived. What a madness! At first, it’s sweet, creamy neroli, no green, just the flower, wrapped in a smoky, mysterious halo I suspect is myrrh. Then a very brief green note passes by. Black currants take the lead, adding juiciness even though it’s not fruity. Vanilla comes in at the heart of the drydown, embracing everything: warm, enveloping, with no sharp edges or excess. In the drydown, the similarity to Si Intense is incredible, thanks to the black currants and vanilla. Perfect for autumn and winter. A gem by Sofie Labbe. My neroli collection keeps growing, what beauty.

  • Heavily smoky neroli that evaporates in minutes, giving way to a sweet and bitter myrrh that lasts for hours. No trace of tuberose for me.

A bomb of nard, just like that. Incredible projection and longevity. A perfume not suitable for every taste, but with it, you definitely won’t go unnoticed. I see it as more suitable for cold seasons; I’m not sure if I’d dare wear it in the middle of summer. Regardless, I recommend it 100% if you’re a lover of this flower. I’d rate it as an L’Interdit with more power and higher nard concentration, but in the same vein. It has become one of my great favorites.

I bought it in spring but saved it for this autumn, which is finally here and I can’t wait to wear it. It’s a little-known floral-creamy gem, clearly for autumn-winter and NOCTURNAL. It’s elegant, refined, mysterious, and doesn’t resemble anything else, at least not that I’ve noticed. The only thing I don’t like is the opening (the blackberry stands out too much), but afterwards it becomes delicious, addictive, and intoxicating as it blends with the neroli and myrrh. The scent is celestial. If you like neroli perfumes, try it without hesitation. Longevity, intensity, and sillage are medium to medium-high.

Another perfume I bought in spring but saved for this autumn, which is actually arriving and I’m eager to use it. A little-known floral-creamy gem, clearly an autumn-winter and NOCTURNAL scent. Elegant, refined, mysterious, without resembling anything—or at least I don’t see it. What I dislike most is its opening (the currant stands out too much), but afterwards it becomes delicious, addictive, and intoxicating as it blends with the nard and myrrh. The aroma is celestial. If you like nard-based perfumes, I highly recommend you try it. Longevity, intensity, and sillage are medium to medium-high.

  • Excellent sillage and longevity. It’s an appreciable, elegant, modern perfume. A sweet blend with creamy, vanilla-infused nard and touches of a very decent, disciplined myrrh that never oversteps its bounds, staying exactly where it should. Nard is the heart of the perfume, accompanied by fruity touches of currants in the opening. Then these fade to give way to the magic of this cosmic fusion. If you wear it on cold days—which is when I prefer to use it—people around you notice it but aren’t harassed or invaded; at about an arm’s and a half distance, it’s very noticeable. In warm climates, its presence might be even more noticeable. Undisputable quality; I have no complaints about its performance. It lasts hours on dead time, and you notice it; you’re wearing a fine perfume.

  • It’s a great perfume… from the first time I smelled it, I knew it had to be mine. What I perceive most in this fragrance is the nard, but wrapped in myrrh and vanilla, making the scent sweeter, giving it a warm and cozy touch. The performance is excellent, and its sillage is noticeable. Without a doubt, it’s one of my favorites from the Bvlgari house.

  • Tubereuse Mystique isn’t the ‘buttery’ neroli of Guerlain Jardins de Bagatelle, nor the ‘rubbery’ one of Piguet Fracas or Madonna Truth or Dare, nor ‘plastic’. This neroli isn’t harsh, strong, or loud. It’s glamorous, appealing, and very rounded. It’s not as spacey as in Nasomatto Narcotic Venus. There’s a bit of coconut (lol), but also green notes, like stems. It seems like several types of neroli have been married here. The vanilla comes in very quickly and the fragrance becomes very ‘spongy’ and/or loose, like a pet. That vanilla smells like good-quality alcohol; I was convinced they used bourbon vanilla here. The myrrh completes the fragrance and adds depth. Tubereuse Mystique is neroli for beginners, not extreme, but it depends on your sensitivity threshold for that note. It can be a beast for some, absolutely. The composition is very interesting, not groundbreaking but very decent. Let’s not be afraid of this word: TM is decent. If you only care about high projection and extreme parameters, you might be disappointed. If you’re a fan of Dior Addict (new version), you might like TM (just imagine it with neroli). Of course, I’m not saying they’re identical; I mean the same ‘vibe’. They are still separate entities.

  • This perfume features quite natural and balanced nard, accompanied by lots of vanilla and a touch of myrrh that gives it a special flair. It’s that scent which, after an initial fruity opening, lingers on my skin, sweetening as the hours pass and the aroma shifts more and more toward vanilla. The vanilla reminds me of the one in the current Miss Dior. In my opinion, it’s not a nighttime fragrance—at least not in winter temperatures—but perfectly suited for daytime wear. It has moderate sillage and lasts over 10 hours on my skin, though I have to be generous with application to get the sillage I like. While I enjoy this perfume and it performs well, there are many nard-based options on the market and in my collection that are better priced and offer greater sillage, so I probably won’t buy it again. Scent 7.5/10, Longevity 10/10, Sillage 6.5/10, Value 7/10, Versatility 8/10, Packaging 8/10. Would I buy again? Maybe.

  • This smells like very natural, well-balanced neroli, with lots of vanilla and a touch of myrrh that gives it something special. After a slightly fruity opening, it sweetens on my skin over time until it becomes almost entirely vanilla, reminding me of the ending of Miss Dior. I don’t see it as a night scent, at least not in winter, but it’s perfect for daytime. It has moderate sillage and lasts more than 10 hours on the skin, though to get good projection you have to apply it generously. I like it and it performs well, but there are many neroli options on the market, and in my collection, others are better priced and have more sillage, so I probably won’t buy it again. • I loved it! Nocturnal, different, sophisticated… a quality perfume at first sniff. I wouldn’t wear it during the day due to its complexity and formal vibe. I usually buy most scents blind, and this was definitely a hit.

Nard takes a backseat here, nerfed so much it seems to be asking for permission to exist. Fruits and resin are in charge; the flower barely survives.
