On paper, it smells super floral with a sweet touch, just like the other review, even though they don’t mention it in the notes. That sweetness made me think there would be fruit, but it’s probably ambroxan giving it that second-skin effect. I like it, but I think it’s too floral and sweet for me; over time, it would become suffocating.
Heavy on neroli with a sweet, woody base. I tested it in-store on blotter and on skin, loved it so much that I bought another from the collection, though Desinvolte stayed on my wishlist. Months later, I finally picked it up, but when I tried it again, it didn’t impress me as much as the first time. It felt a bit vintage, intense, and more masculine. If I had to compare it, I’d say it’s a more sophisticated cousin of the famous Organza. I used it a few times, but it definitely wasn’t for me, so I removed it from my collection (much to my regret).
