Lattafa Sondos is an ethereal woody fragrance that opens with a vigorous aroma of oud and musk. It has the best response among other clones; it’s designed for men and women. Scent: cedar, citrus, rose, flowers, pink pepper, grapefruit, oud, amber, woody notes, and patchouli.
On my skin, I don’t notice the effeminate notes; I do notice citrus, neroli, and patchouli. Lasts a long time with great sillage.
On my skin, I don’t detect the fussy notes; instead, I get citrus, neroli, and patchouli. It lasts forever and leaves an incredible trail.
Good perfume, a bit sweet and reminiscent of Roberto Cavalli. Lasts about 8 hours at most. Worth a try.
It’s a good fragrance, a bit sweet; I find it somewhat similar to Roberto Cavalli, lasts up to 8 hours. Worth trying.
A total discovery with the luxury packaging, a steal, the bottle is gorgeous. The scent, when newly bought, smells sweet; the neroli and peach blossom come out, I know those scents, and it’s a treasure. I find it refined, sweet, and very elegant; ideal for spring-summer, a daytime perfume. I loved it; I’m 43, but my 15-year-old daughter and I are fighting over it haha, we both loved it. Ahhh, it was a totally blind buy and a hit.
What a find! The packaging is luxurious and the bottle is gorgeous. I just opened it, so I can’t confirm longevity yet, but it smells sweet: the neroli and peach blossom come out. Since I know this scent, it’s a treasure—refined, sweet, and very elegant. Perfect for spring and summer, ideal for daytime. I absolutely loved it; I’m 43 and my 15-year-old daughter is fighting me for it, haha. We both adored it. Buy blind and you’ll hit the jackpot.
This is my first review; I’m trying to be objective. Sondos is by Lattafa, an Arab house with great perfumes at ridiculous prices. Although the ingredients are synthetic, you only notice it at first; once it dries down, the notes soften and blend in. Projection isn’t its strong suit, but at $25 for 100ml, you can apply it five times a day without breaking the bank. The mandarin comes through well, very citrusy; as it dries, the peach and rose become more noticeable. I don’t smell much neroli, maybe my nose can’t distinguish it, but the rose is strong. The patchouli lasts a while before fading around the 4-hour mark. It’s cheerful, floral, fruity, and spring-like. My husband likes it, though with the rose, it might suit a woman better—it’s a matter of taste. It’s pleasant, normal projection, not invasive, perfect for indoors. Safe buy, 100% recommended, affordable price, and the dupe doesn’t hurt. I wish I could smell more saffron or neroli, maybe my nose is just inexperienced. It’s not overly complex, making it usable and practical, unlike scents like Atlas which are disruptive for daily life. Enjoy.
It’s my first review, hoping to be objective. Sondos is by Lattafa, an Emirati house with good perfumes at ridiculous prices; although the ingredients are synthetic, this is noticeable only in the opening; after drying, the notes are soft and blend in. Longevity isn’t this house’s strong suit; it works well for some and not for others, but it’s not a problem because with $25 for a big 100ml bottle, you can apply it five times a day without pain. In the opening, the tangerine shows up well, very citrusy; upon drying, the peach and rose are more noticeable, I don’t smell much neroli, maybe my nose can’t distinguish it, but the rose in the dry-down is strong. The patchouli lasts a while until it fades after 4 hours in my case. It’s cheerful, floral, and fruity, spring-like; as a man, I like it, though it would probably suit a woman better due to the rose. Pleasant, normal projection, if someone gets close they notice it and it’s not invasive; use it in enclosed spaces. Safe buy, 100% recommended, accessible price, and the replication doesn’t hurt. I’d like to smell more saffron or neroli, maybe my sense of smell is inexperienced. It’s not too complex, which makes it usable and practical, since scents like Atlas (similar to Orto Parisi’s Megamare) are disruptive for daily life. Enjoy it.
Lattafa, you’re going to leave me broke! Lies, I don’t think that will happen with the prices this house handles. Since I discovered Lattafa, I haven’t bought any designer perfume. The quality/price/quantity ratio is impressively good. It’s my seventh perfume, and I like having several to use depending on the style of clothes I wear daily. This was a pleasant surprise as a blind buy. Strong projection (I just received it and sprayed once on my hand, but you can tell), it’s a personality perfume for someone with a strong personality: it’s patchouli with flowers, tangerine, something dark (it says suede), and a sweet touch (only in the opening, then it fades). Everything is balanced. I go by the bottle, which is beautiful (looks inspired by Dior’s J’adore) in a simpler box (Lattafa puts luxury into the packaging or bottle, sometimes both). I recommend it for those who want to be walking air fresheners. Scent: 10/10, Bottle: 10/10, Longevity: 8/10 (drops at the end but is still present), Sillage: 6/10 (not powerful, doesn’t linger on you). It’s soft, for daily use, feminine, balanced, and non-invasive. Too pleasant. Today I received the best compliment: a friend hugged me and wanted to kiss me. It doesn’t project for miles (like Awaan or Amethyst) but it’s 10/10 pleasant. 100% recommended.
Lattafa, are you going to leave me broke? Lies, I don’t think so with their prices. Since I discovered Lattafa, I haven’t bought designer again. The quality/price/quantity ratio is impressive. It’s my seventh perfume, and I like having several depending on the outfit I’m wearing (which is never the same). This was a pleasant surprise from a blind buy. It projects powerfully (I just received it, put one drop on my hand, and everyone smelled it). It has personality for those with character: an interesting mix of patchouli, flowers, mandarin, something dark (it says suede), and a sweet touch (only at the beginning). Everything is balanced. I went for the bottle; it’s beautiful (seems inspired by Dior’s J’adore) in a simpler box (Lattafa puts luxury in the packaging or the bottle, sometimes both). I recommend it for those who want to be walking air fresheners like me. Scent: 10/10, Bottle: 10/10, Trail: haven’t tested yet, Longevity: 8/10. It fades in intensity towards the end but remains present. Trail: 6/10, not powerful, the scent doesn’t stay walking with you. It’s soft, for daily use, feminine, balanced, and non-invasive, too pleasant. Today I got the best compliment: a friend hugged me and said she wanted to kiss me, haha. She agrees too. It doesn’t project for miles (like Awaan or Amethyst), but it’s a 10/10 pleasant scent. 100% recommended.
I bought it a week after adding it to my list, decided to go for it based on the good reviews, and what a disappointment. I’ll let it air out for a few days like I do with other Arab perfumes, and maybe it will improve, but no matter how hard I look, I can’t find the good. I don’t know what it is, maybe the suede mixed with a flower, but it smells like fuel, like carpenter’s oil paint. It’s a pity because I collect perfumes and understand that others might like it, but the bottle is very nice, the price is good, but the smell is terrible. I’ll update if the aroma improves after weeks pass.
I bought it a week ago after keeping it on my list for a while; I decided to get it because there were many good reviews, and what a letdown!! I’m letting it air out for a few days as I do with other Arab fragrances, hoping they’ll improve a bit, but no matter how hard I try to find the good in this, I can’t! I’m not exactly sure what it is, maybe the blend of suede with one of the flowers, but it smells like fuel, something like carpenter’s oil paint, I don’t know, it’s a shame because I collect perfumes and I understand others might like it, but this one is very pretty in the bottle, good price but the scent is terrible. I’ll update if I see it improves after a few weeks.
This perfume smells nice, very elegant: sweet tangerine juice, suede, and neroli are the notes that stand out most on my skin. Moderate sillage, lasts about 6 hours. A safe buy for those who like sweet citrus scents and the leather note.
Well, well, well… With this perfume, life has to be SWEET, really sweet! Mamitaaa!! It’s rich and elegant; it doesn’t seem like a daily wear to me, but rather for special moments like gatherings or outdoor events, not dates or enclosed spaces. Be careful with the number of sprays; use it sparingly. It made me dizzy, and even though my nose seeks more and more scents, I use L’Veb, Club de Nuit Intense Woman, or Moschino Gold Fresh without limits inside an office, but Sondos gave me a whiplash, and I now have respect for the noses around me. Good longevity.
Saffron gives the neroli that sweet touch, with peach blossom over a suede base. It’s feminine, wearable, and has caramel notes. Very versatile; it’s not flat, as I wear it I discover new nuances. Complex, mysterious, and elegant, with a niche vibe. Longevity depends on the batch; I’ll let it macerate for a few days. Fresh and spring-like, though I also wear it in autumn. Edit: Fragrance 7/10, longevity 6/10, sillage 6/10. It’s elegant but I wouldn’t buy it again. The packaging is 10/10—it’s beautiful; I think ‘Sondos’ comes from ‘sound’. Great for gifting.
