  • First review here. I’d already tried Amouage Reflection Man in a decant and liked it. When I searched for a clone, this was the only one with English reviews, so I took the risk. What a surprise: it smells exactly like Amouage, incredible similarity, maybe 96% for a fraction of the price. For anyone who likes Reflection Man, this is the moment to get it for less money. No regrets.

This fragrance doesn’t resemble Reflection more than synthetic jasmine. It has ridiculous longevity and lacks body or elegance. If you’re looking for something similar to Reflection without paying, go for Alexandria Fragrances or Perfume Parlour; they have that aura but with fewer nuances. Shiyaaka smells like synthetic detergent for white flowers. Reflection Man is a work of art with voluptuousness and harmony that this one lacks. It’s expensive for what it offers.

  • SHIYAAKA FOR MEN KHADLAJ: Positive experience. It’s herbal, floral, and woody with a touch of talc that gives it a sophisticated vibe. Reminds me of Le Male by JPG, but less sweet and more serious. I’d wear it to social events. It’s subtle, sweet, powdery, clean, with a refined woody base. Versatile for any season. It’s an inspiration for Amouage’s Reflection Man: it’s not the same, but the word ‘inspiration’ confuses many who complain about it being cheap. I understand their frustration, but it’s not an exact copy; it smells good, isn’t bad, and although it’s synthetic at first, it passes quickly. It’s well-crafted and could play in Reflection Man’s league, albeit from a distance. The bottle is ugly. Scent: 9. Projection: good for 2 hours. Longevity: 7 hours. Recommended.

  • Great experience: herbal, floral, and woody with a talc-like touch that gives it a sophisticated, clean vibe. Reminds me a bit of Le Male by JPG, but less sweet, more serious and glamorous. I absolutely love it; it’s subtle, sweet, powdery, and floral with a woody base that leaves a refined, relaxing impression. Versatile for any season, perfect for spring or summer. A note on the ‘inspiration’ tag from Amouage: it’s not an exact copy or a knockoff, though it shares some DNA. It doesn’t smell cheap, it’s well-crafted, and fits perfectly, even if the bottle is ugly. Scent: 9/10. Projection: good for 2 hours. Longevity: 7 hours. Recommended.

  • Got this as a gift and can’t compare it to Reflection Man since I’ve never tried Amouage. I saw the review on Mono Perfumado and it felt like it fell from the sky. I’m skeptical of clones because that 4% that doesn’t smell right is usually an abyss of quality, and I’m not a fan of dupes (I’d rather buy real Decathlon gear than fake Nikes). They usually smell bad and synthetic, but this Shiyaaka by Khadlaj is a surprise: I’m enjoying it like crazy. It smells great, has quality, and performs excellently; it’s not as invasive as the Armaf or Rabanne imitations. At first, it comes out strong and synthetic, but within five seconds, it’s gone. Then the floral, spicy, herbal, powdery, and subtly sweet notes emerge, doing its magic. It’s addictive, versatile, and has joined my fall rotation, sharing the spotlight with much more expensive fragrances. I don’t see it as ‘mature,’ but rather as intergenerational. Lasts 7 hours with average projection. Absolutely recommendable, I’ll be buying more. Agreed that the bottle is terrible.

  • I was gifted this and can’t compare it to Reflection Man because I’d never tried Amouage before. I saw the review on Mono Perfumado and a few days later, it literally fell from the sky. I’m skeptical of clones; that 90% similarity usually means the rest is an abyss of poor quality. I’m not a fan of dupes (I’d rather wear decent Decthalon sneakers than fake Nikes); they often smell bad and synthetic. But… this Shiyaaka surprised me and I love it. It smells rich, has quality, and good performance, without being synthetic and tacky like Armaf or Rabanne imitations. It comes out strong and alcoholic, but fades in 5 seconds. Then the floral, spicy, herbal, powdery, and subtly sweet notes emerge. It’s addictive, versatile, and has joined my autumn rotation alongside much more expensive perfumes. I disagree that it’s ‘mature’; I see it as intergenerational. Lasts 7 hours with average projection. Recommended, though the bottle is terrible. Salu2

When they tell you it costs €30, you can’t help but laugh. It gives a maximum sense of cleanliness. It’s subtle, yet it makes you feel taller, more handsome, and smarter. I like it a bit less than ‘Reflection 45’ but more than ‘Reflection Man’. It’s the definitive fragrance.

  • I had to import it, but it came out very cheap with no extra fees (thanks to ML). It smells very masculine, with a modernized vintage herbal touch in an oriental style thanks to the pepper, softened by flowers and lily. It’s a symphony of elegance and cleanliness. Sometimes it reminds me of Le Male, but spicier and more herbal. I see it for any occasion, not for young people, but for adults (30+). Projection and longevity are decent (2 and 6 hours), with little evolution (just loses the spice). I’m dropping the prejudice that it’s an Amouage Reflection clone; I’d buy it for its performance for lovers of herbal-spiced scents. 8.5/10.

A masterpiece. Reflection Man, drop the price to $150, because at $30 or $50 you’re burning a hole in your pocket.

It’s an excellent choice if you’re looking for something very similar to Reflection Man at a much more accessible price. It offers a decent representation of the scent profile and has a pleasant clean finish. However, Reflection Man justifies its higher cost with better-quality ingredients, more complexity, and superior performance in longevity and projection. If budget is a priority, Shiyaaka is a valid alternative; if you prioritize sophistication and performance, the original remains superior.

Shiyaaka Khadlaj is a great option if you’re looking for something similar to Reflection Man but at a much more reasonable price. It smells clean and captures the general profile well. However, Reflection Man justifies its price with better ingredients, more complexity, and superior longevity. If budget is key, Shiyaaka is valid; if you’re chasing quality and performance, the original remains king.

It’s very vintage, giving off a 90s vibe; I remember something similar from my childhood. It’s fresh and refined yet very mature; I wouldn’t wear it if I wasn’t 35 or older. The bottle is horrendous, but the fragrance quality is good. It feels ideal for the office or meetings. Not for dates or going out partying. To summarize: spicy floral. It has a lot of hype on social media, and while it’s different from commercial scents, it doesn’t feel incredible to me.

  • Smells like grandfather’s perfume, very dated and nothing current. The opening is synthetic and the longevity doesn’t quite convince. I don’t recommend it; sometimes the hype is just noise and a lack of honesty.

  • Smells like grandfather’s perfume, very dated and nothing current. The opening is synthetic and the longevity doesn’t quite convince. I don’t recommend it.

  • A very mature fragrance that evokes another era and doesn’t fit much in today’s world. The opening is synthetic and the longevity is disappointing. I don’t recommend buying it.

  • Those who say it’s synthetic, have they ever smelled a flower? Okay, maybe it doesn’t reach that level, but it’s wonderful. There’s a slight prickly sensation at the start, but otherwise, it’s amazing. White flowers, some wood, and pepper sum it up well. Regarding wearability, I don’t see it as mature as people paint it. For 15 euros (yes, I bought it for 15), you get a decent performance and moderate projection that feels real. Not bad, it’s average for current perfumes. It lasts me well for 4-5 hours, then it stays closer to the skin.

  • Smells good but synthetic at first; after 10 minutes, it settles and becomes very wearable. I’ve smelled Gucci Elixir three times, and aside from that initial synthetic blast, the scent is identical to this Shiyaaka. Bisch didn’t really bother their brains copying, I mean, recreating this fragrance 🤣🤣🤣

You would never guess that a bottle shaped like a radial microphone holds such an exquisite scent. It’s the twin brother of Reflection Man, my all-time favorite perfume. It costs the same as an Amouage decant and has the same projection. It’s even more similar to Gucci Guilty Elixir. I’m still in awe: it captures the same notes of white flowers, pepper, cedar, and patchouli. Shiyaaka is the surprise you can’t miss in your collection. Khadlaj is doing a great job. They have my vote.

  • Tested from a decant with two sprays: SPECTACULAR. One of those that truly impresses me; I absolutely love it. It’s very different from anything I’ve smelled before. It opens with a very noticeable, yet delicious, pepper note, and the dry down is spectacular with slightly sweet flowers—incredible. I see it as versatile but perfect for spring. At this price point, I wouldn’t hesitate to buy it. It feels vintage and old-school, which is why it’s not for everyone.

  • I don’t own the original, but I have a dupe of EsencialMX that smells exactly like Shiyaka Silver. When worn on each arm, they’re identical, except the Shiyaka has a charming sweet note the dupe lacks—and maybe the original doesn’t claim either. It’s one of my favorites: clean, elegant, unique, and refined. I wear it to work and social events, and it works perfectly in both. It builds confidence and earns compliments. It’s not a beast mode fragrance, but it lasts about 2 hours with good projection, then settles into a 4-5 hour skin scent. No fear of getting in the face; it’s never invasive. At this price, you’ll easily buy another bottle.

  • The first impression is that vintage rosemary touch. It’s not a coincidence: rosemary was once a staple in classic perfumery, and here it returns as the star, conveying relief, calm, and serenity. Wearing it feels like carrying freshness, cleanliness, and tranquility in a soft floral composition where cedar is the backbone. It breaks away from today’s mass-produced scents, steering clear of common aromas. It’s versatile, perfect for formal or semi-formal occasions. It doesn’t have huge projection; it works best at close range, ideal for dates where getting close is part of the charm. Anyone who smells it will notice something different: you’ll seem elegant and calm. And the best part? Incredible price. Highly recommended if you’re looking for class and distinction without the usual clichés.

  • Although I don’t know the Reflection Man, I have a dupe from EsencialMX that smells exactly like this Shiyaaka Silver. I tested one on each arm and they smell identical, except I perceive a lovely sweet note in this one that the other lacks. It’s one of my favorites: it smells clean, elegant, original, and refined. I use it in professional and social settings, and it works in both. It generates confidence and compliments. Although it’s not a bomb, it delivers its 2 hours of projection and lasts 4-5 hours on skin. There’s no need to fear the trigger; it’s never invasive; and at this price, you can easily buy another bottle.

Honestly, I’ve never tried Reflection Man, but I absolutely love the scent. It’s easy to wear, almost a blind buy thanks to the low price and simple, very wearable notes. Extremely versatile. Sometimes I feel it’s made for someone older than me (I’m 25), but that’s subjective. I can picture a 40-50-year-old man wearing it: an efficient, understanding, and kind boss—the type you want on your team.

  • Leonardo-Ramirez

It has a jasmine note they don’t declare. If I describe it in a few words: clean, soapy, neat, elegant, and serious.

  • No doubt about it, it smells like REFLECTIO MAN. I’ve been wearing it for months and it still fails on projection and longevity. It’s the king of the office, though honestly, it lacks more identity and interest than some of my other perfumes. I think it’s for someone over 40. It reminds me of the steam from a freshly ironed shirt: fabric, cleanliness, and cotton. If you’re looking for something cleaner, try PRADA L’HOMME or L’EAU. It smells good, but at 30, it’s not what I’d wear daily. PS: An Arab friend told me its name means ELEGANCE. The bottle looks ugly to me; the concept is unclear.
