Undoubtedly one of the best clones or inspirations of Arabian Tonka. It has something that hooks me more than the original, I think it’s that blend of chocolate and rose.
I’ve tried several inspirations and clones of Arabian Tonka, and I have to say this is the best, without a doubt. Other brands try to soften its opulence to make it easier to wear, but that strips away the essence of the original Montale. Khadlaj does something admirable: it maintains the power, character, and richness without losing elegance. While Zimaya with Taraf Black smells good but fails on performance, Khadlaj hits the mark perfectly, balancing scent and longevity with impressive fidelity. I highly recommend it for those who want to save money without sacrificing quality or presence.
I’ve been wearing this for over a month and can confirm it’s an absolute beast: incredible longevity, projection, and trail. It behaves with elegance but without pretension—casual and timeless. It doesn’t matter if you’re 15 or 70; everyone notices it. The sugar note is phenomenal; it smells like real burnt sugar, nothing synthetic, and even though it’s not listed, it’s definitely there. The notes are very well balanced, and I was pleasantly surprised.
