  Totally agree with azuriiita: I own it and it wonderfully evokes the saltiness of the sea. An excellent summer fragrance; the kinoto (dwarf orange) is very noticeable, followed by aquatic flowers. It projects a very clean, oceanic image. By the way, the bottle is gorgeous.

  Looking for a bottle to add to my collection. It’s one of the few with a genuine ‘salty’ touch. Fantastic, at least on my skin! It’s enchanting, feminine, and sensual. Not for going to the beach, but for going everywhere ‘with’ the beach on your skin. It’s truly beautiful and radiant.

  I wish I could find a bottle for my collection. It’s one of the few with an authentic ‘salty’ touch. It’s fantastic, at least on my skin! It’s enchanting, feminine, and sensual. It’s not for going to the beach; it’s for going everywhere ‘with’ the beach on your skin. It’s truly beautiful and radiant.

  A fairly summery fragrance on a creamy base with outstanding longevity. What I notice most is the orange paired with a soft musk. I agree with others about the marine note. I believe anyone can wear it, preferably during the day.

  I used it a few years ago. A delicious, summery, and aquatic fragrance with excellent longevity. The base notes give me a sense of serenity. I think it also works in autumn and spring during the day. If I find it again, I’ll buy it without hesitation.

  Since I’ve had Sea & Sun in Cadaqués for summer, it’s one of my favorites. It literally smells like fresh, chopped apricots in water. It’s very special and distinctive; ideal if you’re looking for a non-invasive aquatic scent and don’t mind reapplying, as its longevity and sillage are low. Here, reapplying doesn’t matter much because the price is minimal compared to others, allowing you to apply it as often as you want. There are more durable or cheaper options, but Cadaqués is unique: it needs to be reapplied with joy because its opening is enchanting. If you like its earthy notes or Cadaqués, give it a try out of curiosity, and you’ll surely be pleased. It’s an easy-to-wear fragrance, very pleasant, that fits perfectly in vacation season.

  I agree 100%: it’s an exceptional fragrance, better than many! As Ylla says, it smells like a sea breeze; I’d just add a subtle touch of salt. It evokes sun, sand, waves, the beach, and even the moon after sunset. Fresh, clean, vibrant, and calming all at once. Unisex. Aquatic florals, musk, and orange stand out. It’s not intrusive or annoying; you can wear it all day and every season. It suits everyone. It lifts your mood and relaxes you, like being on vacation; it boosts energy, balances you out, and puts you in a positive frame of mind. Perfect for work, dancing, or meeting friends.

  Deceptive at first—I almost thought I’d been sold a fake, but it takes time to develop; the scent is exactly what its name promises, Sea and Sun, the lingering smell after a day at the beach, kissed by the sun, with a hint of saltwater and the faint sweetness of sunscreen; it’s the scent you get when you hand-wash your swimsuit right after getting home. It’s a lovely, cheerful fragrance that transported me back to when I lived near the sea. Pity it’s so subtle; if you buy the small bottle, it won’t last long, so you’ll need to reapply often. It also reminds me quite a bit of the aquatic, salty scent of some shaving foams, making it perfectly unisex.

You have to apply it several times a day, but it’s worth it. For me, it’s an afternoon in a remote, solitary place, with a cliff where waves crash against the rock and apricot trees providing shade. It’s not a smell of crowded beaches or piña coladas, it’s just sea and sun. Thanks, Dalí, for making such beautiful things.

  Before giving my opinion, I’ll clarify that every skin reacts differently. To me, it reminds me a lot of Gucci Rush 2; my mother used to have it, and it always brings back memories. It’s rich, different, and moves away from the conventional; it’s a very 90s scent.

  Just to clarify, everyone has their own tastes, and this was my experience with this perfume. I let myself be guided by the reviews looking for an authentic summer and sea breeze scent, which is exactly what I wanted in And Sun. What a mix of aromas; it left me very indecisive. I smelled my wrist every five minutes to see if the scent was coming through, and I truly did smell celery (please forgive me if others don’t experience this). I opened the perfume with great enthusiasm, and the first thing I felt was a very strong green note and a crystal-clear, sweet base; I don’t know which note made me hesitate. I’ll keep the perfume, but I really wouldn’t buy it again.

  Just to clarify, tastes are subjective and this was my experience with And Sun. I was looking for that summer and sea breeze scent it promised, but the blend left me undecided; I found myself checking my wrist every five minutes trying to pinpoint that celery note I detected (I know not everyone will smell it). Upon opening, an intense, overwhelming green note clashed with a clear, sweet base, which made me hesitate. I’ll keep the bottle, but I wouldn’t buy it again.

  The feeling is like sitting comfortably and peacefully on a beach with clear, clean water, few people, enjoying the calm scenery, the sound of the sea, and a warm sun that caresses without burning, thanks to a gentle breeze refreshing me with tiny water droplets. For me, it’s my summer favorite, and since I live in a great climate, I wear it all year round. It has good longevity, and people come closer attracted not by it being sexy, but by that pleasant feeling of well-being, clean, fresh, with a soft powdery touch and the fruity note of gooseberries. It’s not invasive like those synthetic fruity blasts that I dislike. It feels modern and unique; I’ve tried several other Dalí fragrances looking for something like this, and none of them pleased me. It bothers me that none have dethroned its summer spot. It’s a pity it’s discontinued and getting harder to find 🙁

  Sea & Sun in Cadaqués is a pure sensory delight. The moment I smell it, I’m wrapped in the sea and fine white sand, with a breeze tousling my wavy hair. There’s a detail not listed in the notes: a unique salty scent. It’s soft and delicate, with touches of innocence. I recommend it to anyone who has used Light Blue, Noa by Cacharel, or Amir Amor.
