  • In my opinion, this rich summer perfume features papaya and pineapple as its main and longest-lasting notes, with the pineapple tasting like one sprinkled with sugar. It’s very cheerful and sweet. Excellent longevity!

  • It’s the happiest fragrance I’ve ever bought. It cost me a fortune and was hard to find. At first, I thought they sold me a perfume full of water, but over time, as air gets into the bottle, all the aromas start to intensify. On top of that, the summer after I got it, Sedal launched a new summer campaign and replicated the fragrance in one of their varieties. I was ready to kill myself… 😛

  • This is the happiest fragrance I’ve ever bought. It cost a fortune and was hard to find. At first, I thought I’d been sold a watered-down perfume, but as air gets into the bottle and time passes, all the scents really come alive. On top of that, the summer after I got it, Sedal launched a new summer campaign and recreated the scent in one of their varieties. I was dying… 😛

  • My husband gifted it to me for my birthday. Honestly, it’s not one of my favorites; I don’t feel it suits me, but it smells very nice.

  • Fruits, fruits, and more fruits—so many that they get boring very quickly. It’s supposed to be cheerful and summery, but usually, when fun feels forced, it has the opposite effect.

  • Even though it’s old and evaporating, I absolutely love it! Getting it for my partner was a nightmare, but now I’ve got it. It’s coconut and pineapple, so obviously perfect, but it doesn’t smell like the new Rock in Rio that came out a couple of years ago.

  • Although it’s already fading due to its age, I still love it. Getting it for my partner was quite a challenge, but I finally have it in my hands. It’s coconut and pineapple, so perfect, but in my opinion, it doesn’t resemble the new Rock in Rio that came out a couple of years ago.

  • Years ago, I had an exact imitation that lasted for hours. I remember it smelled great, but I got tired of it quickly and had to use it up before my mom did. Luckily it was a dupe because otherwise, it would have felt endless. I wouldn’t buy it.

  • Years ago, I had an exact clone of this perfume that lasted for hours. I remember it smelled great, but I got tired of it quickly, and my mom ended up using it up. Luckily it was a dupe because the original lasted forever. I wouldn’t buy it.

  • I absolutely love this perfume; it brings back wonderful memories and smells incredibly delicious with tropical fruits. Too bad they discontinued it; if I find it, I’ll buy it.

Rock in Rio or a bike ride by the beach? Haha, it’s not bad at all. I just received it and plan to wear it daily. It’s a soft papaya that doesn’t bother me. A bit sweet, but truly sweet is Solar Water—even for me, who likes sweets, it makes me nauseous—but this has Escada’s DNA softened. I insist, it’s perfect for daily, pleasant wear. I’m coming back to edit this because I read it smells like Ralph Lauren Blue, and wow, it does. It’s very similar, rich, but I don’t know where the piña colada I bought it for is 🙁

One of my favorite fragrances; you’ll love it if you enjoy fruity scents like I do. It was a gift from my mom back in the 2000s, so I cherish it dearly. On my skin, the papaya and pineapple stand out, while the coconut and sugarcane give it a silky touch. I barely detect the sandalwood, which is a relief since it’s one of my least favorite notes. Highly recommended for a sunny day anytime of year. Its only downside is that coconut has become so trendy that it feels a bit common. Still, it remains delicious and nowhere near cloying.

One of my favorite fragrances; you’ll like it if you enjoy fruity scents like I do. It was a gift from my mom in the 2000s, so I treasure it dearly. The notes that shine on my skin are papaya and pineapple, while the creamy part comes from the coconut and sugarcane. I barely smell the sandalwood, which is a relief since it’s one of my least favorite notes. Highly recommended for a sunny day in any season. Its only downside is that in recent years, coconut has become a huge trend, making that note a bit common. Still, it remains delicious and nowhere too sweet.

  • Ugh, what a turnoff. No papaya, no coconut, nothing worth mentioning. Smells like the 2000s Ralph Lauren Blue—the gloomy, suffocating blue version. Horrible.

  • Ugh, gross. What papaya or coconut? It smells like Ralph Lauren’s blue Ralph from the early 2000s, that sticky, unbearable mess. Horrible.
