Descripción

Pacific Chill by Louis Vuitton is a fruity aromatic fragrance for men and women. Launched in 2023, this olfactory composition was created by perfumer Jacques Cavallier Belletrud. In its opening, the fragrance unfolds a vibrant blend of cider, orange, lemon, mint, blackcurrant, and coriander. The heart reveals floral and herbal elegance thanks to the presence of blackberry, basil, carrot seeds, and May rose. Finally, the base settles with exotic warmth and woody notes formed by fig, dates, and ambrette musk.

  • Perfect for hot weather; smells like shampoo, but that doesn’t ruin it. It’s an addictive, non-annoying scent. 100% recommended.

  • Demigoriath

Smells like VS Aqua Kiss. It’s exquisite but reminds me of women’s or kids’ shower gel; however, for the quality it’s charming, perfect for the beach and heat.

  • Suitable for heat, reminds me of some shampoo but that doesn’t take away from it. It’s addictive, not annoying, and I recommend it 100%.

  • At first it smells like lemon, mint, and bergamot, but that synthetic and sharp bergamot lasts forever and covers everything else, leaving a jarring scent. For the price, test before buying; I only have a decant.

  • Summer happiness in a bottle, the king of beach bars. Smells rich, cheerful, and juicy, it even makes you want to drink it. The only thing is it sounds a bit feminine and reminds me of fruit shampoo, but it smells so good, ideal for summer.

  • MONSERRAT MX

Super rich and perfect for heat. The bergamot and mint stand out in a fruity blend that puts you in a good mood. Like all LV scents, it has an elegant touch that makes you stand out.

  • RoosterMoretti

Incredible and realistic aroma. Although I never liked citrus, this surprised me: a blend of tangerine, bergamot, and mint that smells like just out of the shower. The projection is short and it loses some strength as it dries, and given the brand’s price few can afford it, but it’s worth trying.

  • RoosterMoretti

Exquisite and realistic aroma that surprised me since I never liked summer or citrus perfumes. I swore it was tangerine, but the bergamot, orange, and mint blend made me feel like I just stepped out of the shower. Unfortunately, the projection is short (just bubble-bath close) and it loses charm when dry; combined with the price, it’s a luxury few can afford, but it’s absolutely worth trying.

  • Darternaxxx

Smells like a supermarket perfume, nothing fresh or original. At this price point, I expected something more potent; the longevity and projection are average, and it leans more towards women than men. 5/10

  • So delicious yet so ephemeral. Barely any projection, zero sillage, and extremely poor longevity. That said, its short life makes it very, very pleasant.

  • Personally, it smells to me like Bubbaloo strawberry gum; really. Make the comparison.

  • It’s sweet, mentholated, and a bit cheap, to a point it reminds me of yogurt with fruits, that’s all. While it’s fresh and tasty, it ends there. Its longevity isn’t more than about 40 minutes and its projection is very limited. For sunny and hot climates, it’s easy to wear and tasty, but it leaves a lot to be desired regarding price and longevity. Quality 8, Projection 5, Scent 7, Longevity 5.

  • Just today I finished the last decant I had of this perfume and I can say that, after using it in the hot city climates, it does surprise for the better as many of you here mention. It doesn’t have the best longevity, but with the right sprays, you’ll enjoy it. 8/10.

  • Pacific Chill by Louis Vuitton: The scent of a sunset on the beach, with some white clouds and a yellow-orange, glistening sun on the horizon when the wind moves everything and hits your face with a refreshing minty sea breeze, like an ecosystem showing its strength and energy with the movement of the waves. The mint is present throughout its composition, with a set of sweet and bitter citrus notes in an effervescent contrast. A fragrance of movement, positive energy, and freshness, which can well represent life in a cheerful, light, and beautiful way. It’s not a complex fragrance; on the contrary, it shows itself as it is, without evolution, like walking into a place and automatically seeing a beautiful, dazzling, and impactful woman, so ethereal that you only admire her natural beauty and grace that captivates you and you enjoy every step you can appreciate. Its use is in warm places, preferably the beach or some sunny and hot environment, a daytime fragrance, of light, positive and cheerful profile, of movement and comfort. Scent: 10. Projection: moderate. Longevity: 6 hours. Due to its high price, it might not be a recommended option, as the cost-benefit ratio isn’t the best and its performance is poor.

It’s citrusy and fruity; you can perceive it as a green juice, a mango, or a peach. Despite how fruity it is, it’s 100% citrus and doesn’t feel dense or sweet at all. If you like fruity fragrances for the heat, this is a very good option, completely unisex.

  • Gian Arévalo

I tested it several times in-store. The opening is my favorite part: citrusy, juicy, slightly sweet, and a bit mentholated. Combined with the currants, it gives quite an effervescent sensation; there might also be a cucumber water vibe. On paper it lasts over 2 hours, but on dry skin it fades very quickly and transforms into a very realistic peach, reminding me of peaches in syrup. Combined with other notes like basil and ambrette musk (which is perceived from the opening), it adds a fresh sensation, as if it were refrigerated. The other notes add nuances to make it more rounded and avoid being cloying; ideal for humid summer, though that’s relative. In the deep dry-down, around the 5th hour and practically non-existent or skin-scent only, it reminds me quite a bit of Ariana Grande’s TYN 1.0, a perfume I know well. Also, there’s a certain feeling of the bases common to all AGs in general, a tiny molecule present but clearly felt, like a small pebble in a shoe. Having mentioned the longevity, it’s clear when to reapply, because during that time it projects quite strongly and might cause olfactory fatigue.

  • No one talks about it smelling like cucumber and no one mentions it. Everyone talks about citrus, mint, lemon, and that, but nobody says cucumber. It literally smells like freshly cut cucumber, delicious, very fresh.

  • An excellent option for summer and spring, giving off vibes of sun, beach, and sand. It’s a special perfume: the opening is citrusy and becomes increasingly fruity until the dry-down hits a peach/nectarine note that, combined with others, creates that special scent. In terms of price, I think it’s overvalued. Not for the aroma, which is a work of art, but because being from an ‘exclusive’ brand makes it excessively pricey. The positive side is that it’s not mass-produced or hyped; it’s worth feeling that pleasant scent, like a tropical breeze or a beach morning. The trail is moderate; noticeable at first but fades over time. Longevity is standard: being fresh, it lasts 4-6 hours, though on neutral days without wind or extreme heat, it can reach 8. In conclusion, it’s promising. If you can pay that high sum, it’s a good option; if not, look for dupes or alternatives for a similar experience.

  • I bought a 3ml decant for the notes. It’s deliciously summery; I love the opening and the fruity dry down is spectacular. I ordered it because it’s hard to find and super, super expensive in my country… but it smells different, rich, striking, enjoyable, and unusual. Overall, it’s quite original. Still, I find it pricey.

  • I grabbed a 3ml decant because the notes sold me hard. It’s deliciously summery; I love the opening and that fruity dry-down is spectacular. I ordered it because getting it in my country is a nightmare and, muuuuuy, muuuuuy expensive. Honestly, it smells different, rich, striking, and enjoyable; within the sea of options, it’s quite original. Still, I keep thinking it’s overpriced.

  • So far, I haven’t heard it and I don’t think I will, because it doesn’t catch my attention due to how fruity it is. But I can talk about Ocean Breeze by Emper, its inspiration, and it’s not bad: it’s a sweet little freshie, a rare combination. P.S.: The dupe smells like deodorant. If it’s faithful to Pacific Chill, I wouldn’t spend a single euro on such a scam, no matter how original and famous the brand is.

  • I love it, it makes me relaxed. At first, there are fruits, and after 10 minutes, a menthol kicks in that clashes with them, over a green and musky base. It’s perfect for hot days, like a spring or summer Sunday at noon. Fresh, sweet but not cloying, a modern green fragrance.

  • Pabloquinte

It’s a super fruity perfume, so much so that I imagine it more for her. It reminds me of those Victoria Secret sprays.

  • xavi40rios

To be honest, it smells like peach and tangerine, it’s very fruity for my taste. It’s fruitier than fresh, but at the level of cloying the nose. I give it an 8/10. I’d go for this summer, better for an afternoon swim.

  • La Clochard

I’ll put it in the clan of refreshing citrus scents I love, alongside Light Blue or DKNY Woman. Here it’s citrusy, fruity, and aromatic. The fruitiness makes it rich, it stands out in the opening, and then it moves to a more aromatic profile with a mentholated touch and something I imagine is basil. Maybe I don’t recognize the carrot seeds, but the dry-down stays aromatic, with herbs and a bit of spice. There’s also a sweetness that isn’t the typical fruits (citrus and peach), so I suppose it’s the fig and the date, although I don’t notice them as such. It ends up as a soft sweetness with a mentholated touch that gives you oxygen, like a fresh breeze. In short, I’ve really liked it and I think it fits its name: Pacific Chill. Especially pleasant for summer, day or night. It’s ideal for a cool beach bar with white clothes, having a few drinks. P.S.: Forget the absurd obsession with whether it’s for men or women. If they sell it as unisex, it’s because they know it fits. Maybe it’s fruitier at the start than men’s perfumes, but that’s it. Also, it doesn’t have a single flower. I find this creates a marked contrast between notes, a typical scheme for men’s perfumes. If you like it, use it and forget the rest.

Oh my god, Louis Vuitton excited me with Ombre Nomade and Immensité, but this is nothing more than a concentrated cucumber that invades everything. You guys might roast me for what I say, but this cheap little perfume reminds me a lot of the stench of an Avon perfume called Latin Attitude. Yes, that horrible stench, and you’ll tell me how I dare compare it. I don’t perceive any other note besides that damn low-quality cucumber. What a fiasco of a perfume.

  • Without a doubt, it’s my favorite perfume for a while now. I love that opening of peach mixed with something herbal and citrusy, and the dry-down where you can really feel the fig without the peach disappearing completely. It’s fruity and sweet but not cloying, the most addictive and delicious thing I’ve ever smelled. That said, it’s expensive; I’ve tried several dupes at different prices and they don’t smell bad, but none of them quite match the original. It’s a perfume I’d bathe in if I could, and I use it regardless of the season or time just to enjoy it.

  • Without a doubt, my favorite for a while now. I love that peach/apricot opening with herbal and citrus notes, and the dry down where fig shines without the peach disappearing. It’s fruity and sweet, but not cloying; one of the most addictive and delicious scents I’ve ever smelled. Yes, it’s expensive. I’ve tried several dupes that smell good, but none match the original. It’s a perfume I’d bathe in if I could, and I use it all year round just to enjoy it.

  • Emilio Galván

I’ll be brief; this is the fragrance I like most from Louis Vuitton in terms of scent. Maybe it doesn’t last as long as a Meteore, an Imagination, or an L’Immensité, and certainly not a Symphony, but it’s nothing like that. It gives me about 6 hours on skin and more on clothes, with good projection. Very fruity, aquatic, and fresh notes, somewhat citrusy. Unusual fruits like apricot (a meatier peach, less juicy), and I think there’s a hint of mango even though it’s not listed. Carrot seeds give an impression similar to pumpkin pie spice (it doesn’t smell dirty). Rich dates, a bit of orange, sweet blackcurrants, and citrus. It could remind you of the apricot jam you used to put on your bread when you were a kid. There are also green notes of basil and something else, all wrapped in a very noticeable mint trail—not spicy like toothpaste, but natural and organic, like peppermint. It’s a fruity fragrance, of meaty and juicy fruit, aquatic (reminds me of cucumber), and soft, very fresh, and ideal for going to the beach, summer vacations, or tropical climates.

  • In my opinion, although I’ve only tested it in LV stores and haven’t tried dupes, I think it hits the nose. Even though it seems like a common smell at first, it isn’t; it’s a unique fruity blend that reminds me of a tropical atmosphere with a touch of fresh grass. You’ll definitely get compliments and it delivers on its promises, although regarding longevity, it stops projecting after an hour and disappears by 2-3 hours. In its defense, when I used it, it was pure summer at 40 degrees, so its short duration is more understandable.

  • Pity it only lasted three hours: half an hour of projection, two hours where it’s only noticeable right on the skin, and by the third, it’s gone. The opening is spectacular, but when dry, it smells like any shampoo. It’s not unpleasant, but for a fragrance this expensive, it shouldn’t smell like shampoo. A shame; I’ve tried it several times and the result is the same.

  • Si_asi_es_

Honestly, it didn’t last more than three hours for me: thirty minutes of projection, two hours clinging to the skin, and then it vanished. The dry-down smells spectacular, but once it settles, it reminds me of any shampoo. It’s not that it smells bad, but for the price, I didn’t expect that. I’ve tried it several times and it always happens the same way.
