Blind buy and total hit. The box is gorgeous and sturdy, though the closure is tricky: if you grab it from the top, the bottom falls off with the perfume inside—I’m not a fan of that design. The bottle is purple and looks like a toy, but the cap is heavy and seals well. The scent is a realistic fruity gourmand I’ve been testing lately. At first, it notes lychee, red apple, and redcurrants, but it smells sweet, almost like cherries or black grapes. The candied lychee is so real it feels like biting into a spoonful of cold compote with ripe redcurrants. It’s very refreshing without being tropical. After a few minutes, wild notes emerge: sambac jasmine, roses, and violets that add depth. These are fleshy roses and an enveloping violet, almost like the violet candies from traditional bakeries, so sweet they nearly overpower the jasmine. Then comes the base of sugared vanilla, musk, and amber—creamy, sensual, warm, and long-lasting. Rajwah doesn’t have much projection; you’ll only notice it from about 40 cm away… but it lasts on skin for two to three hours, and by the fourth hour, only up close. On clothes and hair, it smells like violet and cherry candies for hours. It doesn’t stand out for longevity (normal for Zimaya), but the quality-to-price ratio is good. It might remind you of Delina or Eden Sparkling Lichee at the start, but it dries down sweeter. I see it as feminine, not for men’s skin, suitable for any season, but youthful and casual rather than formal.
