What a beast! I initially got carried away by the sweetness, but here the chestnut, elemi, and spices take the lead. The leather is muted and soft, an incredible success despite the low price. The vanilla and oud are super wearable, with no medicinal or fecal notes, just pure wood. I bought it blind out of curiosity; I’d already tried SWY Absolutely and liked it, but I wasn’t ready to pay for Armani or the FW dupe. Knowing this Leather has actual leather and oud for only 13 euros for 100ml, compared to the 80-90 in Dubai or 150 here, the difference was too much to ignore. Since it’s inspired by Middle Eastern scents, I was scared, but the risk was minimal: if I didn’t like it, 13 euros doesn’t matter; if I did, I’d have a great perfume. And that’s exactly what happened, honestly it’s spectacular.
