  Just picked up this perfume and I absolutely love it. The opening isn’t the most pleasant due to those sharp ylang-ylang and orchid notes, but it fades after about five minutes, settling into a synthetic sweetness that immediately reminds me of Stronger With You. It also has a leather note that pops up occasionally. Once it dries down, it’s pure luxury. I recommend it, though be warned: the opening is a bit sharp and synthetic; maybe my nose isn’t trained enough, but others might see it differently. On my skin, it lasts 9 hours: a 1-2 meter trail for the first hour, then a personal bubble that buzzes until hour six, and from hour six to nine it’s skin scent but still feels alive. A great alternative to Stronger With You Leather. Cheers.

  It’s a very rich fragrance, though not particularly original in its formula; it brings to mind familiar scents, with a touch of Emporio Armani Stronger With You Leather at 30%, but it’s not that similar. What I’ve smelled most is The Most Wanted by Azzaro, which seems to flirt with it better, though it also shares some notes with 1 Million Royal. It’s somewhat chameleon-like… otherwise, without a doubt, it smells great, but I was hoping for something that would really stand out, and it didn’t quite do that. Beautiful bottle and packaging. I give it 7.5/10 for originality and 8.5/10 for olfactory performance: 8 hours. Ideal for cold days or evenings, not for heat, or you’ll be dead, haha.

  A spectacular option compared to the SWYs. It’s exquisite, cozy, sweet, and very long-lasting. I’ve tried Stronger With You Intensely and Leather, and this smells very similar to both, reminding me of them immediately, especially in the dry down.

  Don’t even think about wearing this in summer; it’s strictly for winter. If you like Armani Stronger With You, this matches it with a delicious twist, but you can definitely own both.

  We said Majestic Gold doesn’t smell anything like the SWYL (which is superior in quality and warmth), but there are parallels. Zaafaran’s take is much flashier and synthetic. Here, it’s an oriental-sweet scent, subtle after a few hours on skin, with a dirty, spicy, and woody finish. A low-quality dark vanilla dominates, blending with an artificial leather that tastes more like burnt cotton candy, giving it a creamy air. I don’t like this mix, although it has something seductive; it just never works for me. After the initial euphoria, I felt let down by this mediocre combination, very different from my expectations despite the price. If you’re looking for a clone of Stronger Leather, just save your money and buy the original Armani.

  Velvety suede sweetened but not cloying. Perfect for cold, quiet nights, though it lacks the projection to last all night with a bang. It’s safe and versatile, but nothing revolutionary. I like that it’s not as sugary as the trendy night scents. Not essential, but if you catch it on sale, it’s worth saving up for the original I haven’t tried yet. I was hoping for more from this Majestic Gold, but it delivers. Curiously, soft citrus notes emerge in the dry down; I suppose the oud and patchouli are what give it that suede character.
